Interesting Tweets and Instagram posts by cricketers

Amir also always backed team and didn't lie like others did. He didn't go to TV shows and criticized team like the others did for no reason.

It really was classless of Butt to criticize the team on a talk-show. Afridi doesn't forget.

Wow, someone's been busy on Twitter today.

Shows pretty much that the other two especially Butt will have much harder journey to get back to the team.

I sure hope improving on that ODI ranking is one of those goals.

shoaib never misses an opportunity to hog the lime light... always wants attention and to play the hero

Poor stuff by Afridi.

Nobody asked him today about Asif and Butt. Neither he is in test or Odi team nor Pakistan team is his personal team.

I never saw Asif criticising pakistan team in last 5 years. If he meant Butt than he should have got courage to name him only.

He is tweeting as if he is chairman cricket board and chairman selection committee.

Today I miss miandadrules he would have teared him apart :-)

I am a big fan of Amir but if Amir told truth from day1 to Afridi than he did not tell truth from day1 to media , pcb , icc , icc tribunal and courts. Ijaz Butt said to him day1 that if you tell me the truth than you may get lesser punishment. If you have done wrong accept your guilt and your punishment will be less severe. But Amir was pleading innocence.

It was after few months after he failed to prove his innocence , failed to clear his name infront of court that than he spoke the truth.

Afridi should state the facts.

Afridi wouldn't have seen it. Afridi doesn't know of his existance so he can't really tear him apart meaninfully.

Afridi doesn't like Butt.

Surprisingly... I have seen Azhar Ali shake hands with Butt........

And you can look at this two ways.

1. Shahzad is welcoming the coach.

2. Shahzad is welcoming to remind/have a go at the coach to remind him what he has said about 'social media' previously.

Not sure which one it is tbh.

This is how a diplomatic man presents himself. I question Afridi's intelligence sometimes on the field, but off the field he seems pretty genuine.

This situation is becoming very interesting now :)

The sudden peace between Shehzad and Waqar has alot to do with Afridi. He had a dinner over at his place recently. I guess the two made truce/or have made truce. Good to see. However this is also serves as a warning sign to the shelfie fan club to not post anything against waqar now, which was the case before when Waqar wasn't on twitter.

ahmed has gone down another level of cringe worthy

Makes one wonder why they don't get people to manage their social media, instead of continuously embarrassing themselves. It is what happens when you have too many yes men to boost your ego.

Akin to what happened to Kid Cudi, if you like hip-hop music, and a very esoteric aside.

Sorry, was typing aloud.

Hmm, looks like that might be the case.

Perhaps some of his supporters will be singing a different tune once he's been disciplined for this in some way.

Don't worry Shehzad has gone down to that level now.

Noticed that as well. Shehzad is a good lad. He should hire a PR team for his twitter. He can be the next afridi for the Pakistani team. He definitely has the looks and personality. However, twitter plays an important role as we noticed in the case of Malik.

Wow what a guy, selfless AND a gentleman, rare combo these days. If he was in Gayle's place, he wouldn't even say anything and the reporter would still give him her number post interview.

I hope I can become half the man this guy is to my future wife.

Don't care about looks, not interested if an athlete looks good or not (especially in a men's team), all I care about is performance. If Shehzad performs Id love to back him whether he is good looking or not. PR can only get you so far, Malik will be kicked out if he doesn't perform overseas even if his PR team is excellent.

Reminds me of those tweets of Will Smith's son (Jaden?).

Some samples -

"How can mirrors be real if your eyes aren't real?"

"If a cupcake falls from a tree, how far away will it be from down"

"You can discover everything you can know about everything by looking at your hands"

In his defense, he was 14-15 years old when he said those things

Kid Cudi has always been outspoken about himself.

What I mean is, his music is awful now because he has a bunch of people saying it is "so different" and he believes it, instead of the reality it is awful garbage.

I miss Maui Wowie :(

"You can discover everything you can know about everything by looking at your hands"

In his defense, he was 14-15 years old when he said those things

I cried a little inside my head when Jaden deactivated his account. Heard he is writing a book or something, I will try to get my hands on one :))

Afridi chamchas Shehzad and Anwar Ali right there with him. When will we get rid off Anwar and Shehzad?? Play Amir Yamin instead dammit.

Just one question - why is Javed Afridi every where? Does he not have a job to do or something? Isn't he like the CEO of some company or something?

He is Afridi's cousin and I guess in Afridi household, family stick together through thick and thin. :afridi

I don't dislike the notion that he is investing in our cricket but I dislike the fact that he is almost every where.

But yes, since this is a free country, he should be doing whatever he wishes.

But seriously, how is his company functioning? CEO's rarely have time to have dinner with their own families let alone dinner at cousins friends and colleagues :)))

I actually loved the six. Beautiful shot.

Isnt that against ICC rules?

Noticed that as well. Shehzad is a good lad. He should hire a PR team for his twitter. He can be the next afridi for the Pakistani team. He definitely has the looks and personality. However, twitter plays an important role as we noticed in the case of Malik.

This comment is a bit shady.:shehzad

I am honestly liking this recent trend in our players where they are using twitter positively and making the team environment more positive. I feel Waqar's arrival on twitter aided in this process. If they all get a crash course on twitter usage i-e not to use slang, that would be perfect.

Yeah, a team of brothers. Hope they stay away from shady tweets.:razzaq
