Not sure, but I was told that is due to the fact that you are not using your muscles any more (or as heavily) so blood flow to the area (i.e. muscles) is decreased. Which makes you're muscles appear smaller.

Also, using common logic I would assume that you're muscles are tired and the fiber is ripped.

I would give that title to Shan Masood, the guy actually works very hard on his fitness. Its sad he has zero technique or talent, because his work ethic his second to none.

One looks more strong after a workout due to muscles being expanded and blood flowing to the muscles. More then that your veins also are prevalent after a workout giving an impression of being more ripped. If you ever worked out, you would realise this.

I remember watching an interview where Hayden asked him to confirm the story behind his celebration and when Akhtar told him it was true (ie the celebtration was inspired by the fighter planes that used to fly over his house) Hayden seemed genuinely touched by the story. Was a nice moment between the two rivals.

Nadeem bhai should try to get you in Sarfraz's domestic teams i-e Quetta, Karachi, Omar Associates, PIA ;)
Want you to be in company of humble players like Sarfraz, Babar, Haris, Shadab, Azhar etc .. Not in company of players where success gets to your head or selfish 'me first' players.

Gibbs not holding back, which is nice to see. Expect to see other prominent South African cricketers jumping on the bandwagon over the next few years. De Villiers is on the path to tarnishing his reputation amongst everyone except new age Indian supporters before he retires.

Yeah, maybe (the trainer may think that) Sumo deadlift is better for a cricketer than the traditional one.
