Good point actually by shoaib. Young bowlers these days don't bowl side arm because of fear of injury. I remember Botham talking about this once when Anderson kept running on the pitch and he said that people that bowl with side arm tend to run on the pitch less as their body turns them away. It also helps generate more pace aswell.

There are very few smooth actions in those five bowlers. Waqar ( not included) was clocked at 155 kmph had a smooth action

It'a a seated hamstring curl. You are all thinking of a leg extension.
Unless ofcourse you think he should only be working his quads... and not the rather large muscles on the other side of his leg..
Next time, may I suggest a simple google search before ridiculing a player. I know he isn't the flavour of the month currently on Pakpassion, and he rightly deserves the criticism he's getting but lets at least look at facts before jumping in to mock him.

Actually he is doing it perfectly fine. That particular exercise is meant to target the hamstrings and NOT the quadriceps.

The second exercise is wrong. He should have his legs behind and work his quads....he's having a ride. No wonder this guy is so unfit
That's a perfectly fine exercise. Guess you lot haven't exercised the hamstrings much if you think that's bad
