so even 100 is looking difficult to reach....... cuz they have so many special players in the teamphoenix-suns said:I dont understand why many people here are crying for Misbah. He is nothing special. I wud pick kallis ahead of him as kallis is an alrounder. Ross Taylor def a better hitter than misbah. He could have come in place of chandarpaul. but chandarpaul is recently in very good form and played matchwinning innings recently against SL.
Misbah will get his chance next game as chandarpaul has failed twice.
Misbah just recently played a match-winning knock against Bangladesh. That 'good form' argument is a joke. Misbah is twice the player Chanderpaul is in Twenty20s, not including him in the line-up was ridiculous. But I guess we cant expect sensible selection from a team that included Wasim Jaffer in their T20 team...phoenix-suns said:I dont understand why many people here are crying for Misbah. 13.6 Kumar to Watson, FOUR, make that 26, Watson has just waited for a full ball on middle stump and flicked it neatly off his pads, he's timing is immaculate, i finally see a fielder but he has no chance at deep backward square leg
13.5 Kumar to Watson, FOUR, and again! Watson leans forward and lofts the ball into the gap at the midwicket boundary, where are all the fielders? 22 runs of the over so far
13.4 Kumar to Watson, FOUR, Watson goes again! This time he gets under the ball and slices it high on the off side over cover, the ball falls inches inside the boudnary
13.3 Kumar to Watson, FOUR, too full this time from Praveen and too straight, Watson moves forward and flicks crisply into the gap at deep square leg
13.2 Kumar to Watson, SIX, that's short again and Watson uses all his muscle to pull the ball high and far over midwicket, he pulled that from outside off for a six to bring up the 100
13.1 Kumar to Watson, FOUR, he starts with a short ball down leg side which Watson tries to pull, he gets enough bat on it to place the ball past Boucher to the fine leg boundary
Praveen Kumar comes back for another spell.
