100 is up after 11 overs, this could be an another 200+ score if the Bangalore doesn't start picking up wickets soon.

Sohail bowling very well, by the way he is averaging 14 for the series, that's outstanding really
 
misbah will be dropped for next match, although it wont matter since they are out of the tournament after this match

Misbah can't be dropped...he is the only good T20 player in this team. He has been unlucky so far though
 
pakistanis should not play in IPL. They are discrediting themselves.

Not Sohail Tanvir! Also Shoaib and Gul have done well.

Batters have been unlucky though, I agree.
 
pak bowlers have certainly left a mark on the IPL. sadly our batters have been disapointing.

I would say unlucky, mate...they haven't been given enough chances, especially at the opening position. It is difficult to make big contributions from the middle-order in Twenty20. Misbah was treated badly by Bangalore also.

ur right in saying that players such as misbah, afridi, akmal have been unlucky as the first two should have batted at the top of the order from the start of IPL. while akmal is unlucky to be out of the side

however the others such as malik, hafeez, butt have been disappointing but they still got time to turn it around
 
id never think that misbah would have a brain fart though. He must seriously be feeling the pressure.
 
leadership makes a lot of difference. If the team respects the captain, every single member will do well. Clear cut example include munaf patel. Under Warne, this kid is playing much better.
 
Malik has too much of a negative influence on the team. The captain needs to be respected by all. Either he develops that level of respect or he steps down.

that is why younis would have been the best choice. he is attacking and gets on with all team mates sadly with PCB he doesn't get on.

he has been impressive and has certainly improved and now has the inswinger to the lefties to his armoury. Inshallah he will perform for pak for many years to come :19:

Yes mate. In ODI cricket Shoaib, Sohail, Gul and Asif will be a great attack. Then Wahab and Sohail Khan...I reckon we will destroy most batting line-ups with such an attack. Just have to pray injuries don't affect the bowlers too badly
 
anyone know is darren lehman is still with the rajasthan team ?
 
Dravid and Kallis at the crease...perfect pair to chase 15 an over!
 
Dravid and Kallis will put together a century stand (by tea time).

38/4 after 10 overs. Appalling performance from Dravid and his guys. Misbah is excused because he hasn't been given enough chances and so was rusty, but the others have been atrocious.

rusty ?? haha... hes played 4 of the last 5matches & thats not enuf cahnces for you ...hes been dissaponting along with the rest of bangalore batsmen!

Misbah has been treated very, very badly.

Remember he came into the tournament as the best T20 batsman in the world. Yet he wasn't given a chance by Dravid till mid way through the tournament. Then he was sent in low down the order after Dravid and Kallis had wasted plenty of balls, leaving Misbah too much to do.

Then he was unlucky with a hit wicket.

Given the circumstances I think it is unfair to expect Misbah to start performing with such little time at the crease behind him. The other batsmen are more culpable as they've been playing since the start.
 
Bangalore need a strike rate of 300 to win from here. After some soft padding in early stages of the tournamnet it is time to inflict humiliating defeats now.

no misbah isnt the best T20 batsmen in the world , not even close ......its not just misbah who was droped ..chandrapaul , kallis , white & boucher all of them we droped couple of times ....hes plyed 4 of teh 5matches and as for being rusty he was just comming off a ODI & T20 series against bangla !

misbah is not even among the best of finishers or big hitters in world cricket ...so can name quite a few !
