It's impossible to average over 60 if you play more than 25 Tests

Only three players in history of test have averaged more than 60 who played more than 25 test. If you reduce the cutoff to 20, there are 6.

The three players are :

Steven Smith (60.15), Herbert Sutcliffe (60.73) and of course, Don Bradman (99.94).

These 3 players have played more than 50 tests, far above the cutoff of 25. Just to show how much consistent these three have been over such a long period of time

Interestingly, Sutcliffe was Bradman's contemporary and his only 'rival' in terms of average, along with Walter Hammond (who averaged 58.45 but played 85 tests).

I just don't rate oldies like Bradman very high. Just my opinion but back then cricket was only played in couple countries. There wasn't any competition to be in the team. I feel like some of the guys just feasted on bowlers who got into the team without much competition. Sure they were probably really good players, but being best in a sport in which two or three teams consisting of upper class people from these countries participate can't really be compared to today's cricket
