Jammu and Kashmir solution: Divide it along religious lines

Give Kashmir valley, Chenab Valley, Pir Panjal and Kargil to Pakistan. Otherwise keep the other areas as they are (AJK, GB with Pakistan. South Jammu and Ladakh with India) and you have a solution. This should be the framework in the absence of a referendum.
