RAWALPINDI: A man died on Tuesday as a result of unprovoked firing by Indian security forces along the Line of Control (LoC), the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

25-year-old labourer named Ashfaq was injured as a result of Indian firing in Khuiratta sector, however, he later succumbed to his injuries.

"Another innocent life lost to Indian irresponsible attitude," said the ISPR statement.

The ISPR further said that Pakistani soldiers befittingly responded to Indian aggression along the LoC.

India has violated the ceasefire agreement at the LoC several times since last months. On September 29 India claimed to have carried out 'surgical strikes' across the LoC in which two Pakistani soldiers were martyred.

Pakistan dismissed the claims of the surgical strikes and India failed to provide any evidence.

Tensions between the South Asian neighbours have been high following the Uri attack in Indian occupied Kashmir. Without any proof, India blamed Pakistan for the attack in which 19 Indian soldiers were killed.

India has used the attack to divert attention from atrocities being committed in occupied Kashmir where since July more than 100 Kashmiris have been martyred. Pakistan has raised the issue of Indian atrocities on the international forum calling for implementation of UN resolutions.

]Three Pakistani troops injured in unprovoked Indian fire at LoC

RAWALPINDI: Indian forces once again resorted to unprovoked firing across the Line of Control on Monday, seriously injuring three Pakistani troops, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement on Monday.

The unprovoked fire came in Bhimber sector of the LoC, which the Pakistani forces responded befittingly to, the ISPR said.

However, the cross-border fire wounded three Pakistani soldiers, who were shifted to hospital.

Of late, India has been violating the ceasefire along the LoC and the Working Boundary.

Earlier this month, a 25-year-old labourer named Ashfaq was martyred as a result of Indian firing in Khuiratta sector.

No we retaliated to your attempts in to bullying us. Eent ka jawaab paththar!

This attitude will only lead to the weaker nation running out of patthars and falling to it's knees eventually. Serves no purpose to anyone, citizens of both countries need to condemn this.

If we were so weak you would openly attack us, we have repeatedly seen you return from the border with your tail between your legs. Remember, our nukes are more advanced then yours are. This demise of Pakistan has been predicted by you lot for 60 years. Time to change the tune and get over it methinks. We're going nowhere.
