Younis Khan called it and Yasir took the wicket with his last ball of the series.
You need to have a lot of luck as a batsman and as a bowler to out do each other in that situation.
If Gabriel made decent enough contact with the bat, it would have been a draw. With fielders that close in, they are not going to catch it. He took a gamble and failed miserably.
He could have even left the ball alone. Could've/Should've are all history.
The pressure of the situation gets to players especially for tailenders who have done crazy things before and will continue to do in the future too.
thats one of my favourite scenes in 15 years
Yasir running away reminded me of Pakistani boys running away from a dog
With so many close in fielders and the amount of turn yasir was getting, it would not have been easy to play a defensive shot as there is far more chance of it ballooning into the hand of one of the ten close in fielders. If instead he hits it hard, there are literally no fielders to catch it in the outfield, plus the close in fielders would be more concerned with self preservation even if he mishits it.
Oh mayynn ! Who's the one at leg slip. Azhar Ali ?

hoe do u know that he called it.
YK gestured for Yasir to bowl outside off stump in that delivery.
Not aggressive ? Who ?
Rspect for Azhar.
It might have been his last ever delivery as skipper, but nice to see Misbah finally set an attacking field for Yasir with more fielders on the off-side!

Rspect for Azhar.
