If there is a deal between high ups in Pak than the one who isn't elected will be taken down by his own people provided if retired missing Colonel of Pak Army is not recovered.
These days the Head of a department of strongest Institute is close relative of Sharif family but few months ago I told you guys that middle management of that institute runs it ans people come & go but policies do not change. World has been clueless wrt Pak that even if top brass is in pocket of them than too they can't control just an Institute. Such is the Soul Rooh of that department of an Institute.
Million Dollars question is whether IK will counter Deep State which rules since 1965 ? Many say if he even tries He will be gone in no time.

And still indians all over the world deny that their govt is not involved in terrorist activities in Pakistan. Please protest in your country and ask the govt for answers. There are lots of innocents lives of men, women and children in the hands of the govt of india.

You see to Indian's terrorism is only when they are the victims. Them being the angel's they never cause trouble in Pakistan, China or any neighbouring country at all. They are just sitting in Afghanistan for a picnic and will be returning home when it is over. Yadav will hang no matter what, it's just a matter of time. Note the complete change of atmosphere and decline of terrorist activity in Pakistan since he has been caught. This is no coincidence at all, the ISI had been tracking him for ages.

So what if the guy is being framed by ISI/Army they know they might get embarrassed by ICJ as they don't have enough proof and were just framing the guy.. So they force him into making this video as they did for previous video and now the COAS can release him on humanitarian grounds and save face.. Then take a moral high ground in front of the world..

Pakistan denies India consular access to Jadhav again
Pakistan on Sunday denied India consular access to convicted spy Kulbhushan Jadhav who was sentenced to death by a military tribunal in Pakistan on charges of espionage and terrorism earlier this year.
A day earlier, as Pakistan and India exchanged lists of prisoners under the 2008 Agreement on Consular Access, with India reiterating its commitment "to addressing on priority all humanitarian matters with Pakistan", the Indian Ministry of External Affairs renewed its demand for consular access to Jadhav.
India called on the Pakistani government for the "early release and repatriation of Indian prisoners, missing Indian defence personnel and fishermen along with their boats whose nationality has been confirmed by India".
The Foreign Office (FO), however, rejected New Delhi's demand for consular access to Jadhav, stating the equating the case of the Indian spy to civilian prisoners was a "travesty of logic".
Considering Jadhav an ordinary prisoner is an Indian attempt to deny facts, the FO said.
"Commander Jadhav is a serving Indian Naval officer and sent to Pakistan by its intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) for espionage, terrorism and subversive activities which resulted in loss of many innocent lives and damage to property."
The FO added that five Indian nationals who had completed their sentences were repatriated on June 22, but 20 Pakistani civilian prisoners who had completed their sentences in India were still awaiting repatriation, whereas consular access to 107 Pakistani fishermen and 85 civilian Pakistani prisoners is also pending.
The FO also noted that two boys, Ali Raza and Babar Ali, who had crossed the border into Indian territory "inadvertently" had been repatriated after a year's delay.
"Pakistan has implemented the bilateral consular agreement in letter and spirit and is committed to ensuring that humanitarian cases are not held hostage to politics. We expect India to reciprocate through action rather then rhetoric," the FO said.
Progress on the release of prisoners has been impeded due to tense relations between the two countries, with the release of civilian prisoners and fishermen taking longer periods even after they have completed their sentences.
A joint judicial commission for addressing the issues of fishermen and other prisoners has been inactive since October 2013, when the Pakistani officials of the commission visited Indian jails.
India has petitioned the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for consular access to Jadhav, a RAW agent who was convicted and sentenced to death by a military tribunal on charges of espionage and terrorism.
The ICJ has stayed Jadhav’s execution pending its final verdict in the case.

Visa application of Jadhav's mother under review: FO
The pending visa application of the mother of Indian spy Kulbashan Jadhav is currently under review, said the Foreign Office (FO) on Thursday.
India had requested Pakistan to allow Avantika Jadhav to meet her son, who was sentenced to death by a military tribunal for espionage and terrorism in April.
Earlier this week, Indian Mini*ster for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj said that she had written a "personal letter" to Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz asking for approval of Avantika’s visa application so that she may travel to Pakistan.
Swaraj had also said that visas would be issued to Pakistani patients on the recommendation of Aziz.
During the weekly briefing, FO Spokesperson Nafees Zakaria regretted that "conditions" were being placed on the approval of medical visa applications of Pakistani patients seeking medical treatment in India.
Zakaria said that asking for recommendations from Aziz to grant visas was against "diplomatic norms".
The spokesperson said that reports had been received of two more Pakistanis going "missing"; in June, two diplomats based in the Consulate General of Pakistan in Jalalabad, an eastern Afghan city, went missing while traveling to Pakistan by road.
Zakaria added that both the incidents have been taken up with the Afghan government, which has agreed to provide security to Pakistani nationals.
The spokesperson added that the FO was also in contact with the Nepalese government regarding retired Lt Col Mohammad Habib who went missing in April.
The media was also briefed on the Line of Control situation; the FO said that India had violated the ceasefire agreement 542 times in 2017 and 18 civilians had been killed as a result. Protests have been registered with the Indian high commissioner and the deputy high commissioner, he added.
"India often blames Pakistan for terrorist activities that they themselves have orchestrated," he said.
Regional peace will remain a distant dream till the Kashmir issue is resolved, Zakaria added.
