Moin was a truly awful keeper, Rashid was very good. Moin was a better bat, especially in pressure situations.

To be fair, Kamran had an excellent 2009. He was Pakistan’s top scorer in all three formats and had a very good run with the gloves. Unfortunately, the Sydney Test was the beginning of the end for him.

On topic: Moin was an average keeper and a decent batsman. Latif was an excellent keeper and an average batsman.

Rizwan has surpassed both of them by some distance, which says less about how good Rizwan has been and how poor Pakistan’s legacy is in terms of producing top quality wicket-keeper batsmen.

Moin Khan for a long while was one of the best keeper batsmen out there.

I would say between 1992 -96 you could make an argument that Moin was the best around for a batter keeper before that role was taken seriously by all nations. Heck India didn’t have a wK batsman before dhoni.

Moin is a cheeky street fighter cricketer...Latif can make acrobatic catches look easy...both were close in terms of potential and rightfully they had see-saw career

Moin was a terrible WK, easily the worst along Anil Dalphat that has played for PK in my time. Rashid was an excellent WK to fast bowlers but was very average keeping to spinners. Moin was a man for a batting crisis, Rashid started off as a good batsman but as the years went on, he was fairly average

We had Farokh Engineer in the 70s, a swashbuckling keeper batsman.

For me when it comes to batting i think Moin Khan was superior but Rashid had better keeping skills.
