So are all the matches being played in Faisalabad? And are any of these matches being live-streamed?

Any websites which have live scorecards and scorecards of previous matches?

Ridiculous to not select promising batsmen like ali imran, haider ali both are quality and deserve to play ahead of ttf like naveed malik

Wait, Haider Ali isn't playing. That's ridiculous. The guy is such a clean striker of the ball and a natural strokemaker.

Ptv always tries its best to make good cricket unwatchable, whether its lack of camera angles, lack of hd cameras, or 'impeccable' commentary :inti

wow Northern definately look a very very strong team with SHadab and amir back in there too plus nawaz

5 players on the paper to watch out.... Saif Badar, Ummer Siddique, Rohail, Aamir Yamin and Harris Rauf..

would have been great to see Haider Ali as well but he will get his chance...

is M.Musa in any of these teams?

I hope Sohail Akhtar gets a good tournament.. he is a tank and can be good in T20

Sohail akhtar had a good psl not sure if he is a international material but needs a chance considering our current crop...Haris has started slightly nervously

shoaib maqsood ... waste of space ... and so is sami aslam in LO cricket ....

Aamer Yamin and Saif Badar have the golden oppertunity now

Who told these commentators to talk in English, what's wrong in doing commentary in Urdu, at least we can understand it then. It sounds like gibberish atm.

Yamin should be coming up the order, he's an attacking batsman, not a big hitter. But he's still doing well. It's getting too hard for Misbah to ignore him now.

Aamir Yamin already scored more runs than Fahim will score in the tournamnet .... criminal to put him below Faheem

agreed but i do believe faheem is a better bowler than yamin..thats the issue

agreed but i do believe faheem is a better bowler than yamin..thats the issue

But Faheem is a tail ender with the bat and his bowling isn't good enough to keep him in the team as a bowler. Yamin's batting is good and bowling is decent. Yamin's First class bowling stats are better than Faheem's. Faheem's bowling is below average and batting very poor.

Faheem is a bits and pieces cricketer whereas Yamin is a good batsman and an average bowler.

any scorecard?

that is true and even though Yamin looks inoxious when he has played for pak he has done very well i believe

As i said i have a feeling northern is short in batting have lots of all rounders though could be close even though simple target..i like rohail being sent up has no choice

Mohammed Irfan the Pakpassion invention has also been wasted by Pakistan no doubt

Even though South Punjab lost. Aamer Yamin once again performed both with bat and ball. Should get straight to Pakistan National Team.

I am not impressed with his bowling but still an upgrade over that useless pseudo allrounder called faheem.

Umar, Asif lead Northern to five-wicket win over Southern Punjab

Faisalabad, 14 October 2019:

Umar Amin’s half-century and a quickfire 44 not out from Asif Ali helped Northern to a comfortable win over Southern Punjab in the third match of the ongoing National T20 Cup at Faisalabad’s Iqbal Stadium.

Set 136 runs to win, Northern chased down the target in 19 overs at the loss of five wickets.

Northern dealt early blows earlier in their innings, losing opener Naved Malik (1 off 6) and one-down Rohail Nazir (4 off 3) inside 3.1 overs.

But, a 63-run stand between Umar, who cracked 50 off 41 with six fours and two sixes, and Mohammad Nawaz (24 off 25) for the third-wicket denied any further inroads to Southern Punjab’s bowlers for the next eight overs.

There was a ray of hope for Southern Punjab when Zahid Mahmood took Umar’s wicket. But Asif’s blistering 24-ball 44 not out, studded with three fours and three sixes, sealed the match.

Zahid and Mohammad Irfan were the standout bowlers for Southern Punjab, picking up two wickets apiece for 14 and 19 runs.

Earlier, Southern Punjab captain Shan Masood opted to bat first.

The decision, however, did not reap desired results as Shan (8 off 7) and Sami Aslam (3 off 8) were back in the pavilion in the first 20 balls of the match, with Mohammad Amir taking both wickets.

The Northern bowling attack kept a lid on the flow of runs as only Aamer Yamin and Sohaib Maqsood making solid contributions with the bat with 33 off 20 and 25 off 24, respectively.

Sohail Tanvir was the pick of the bowler for Northern with three wickets for 27 runs.

Scores in brief:

Southern Punjab 135-9, 20 overs (Aamer Yamin 33, Sohaib Maqsood 25; Sohail Tanvir 3-27, Mohammad Aamir 2-19)

Northern 137-5, 19 overs (Asif Ali 44, Umar Amin 50, Mohammad Nawaz 24; Mohammad Irfan 2-19, Zahid Mahmood 2-14)

Why are we playing dead weights like Imran Farhat, Khurram Manzoor in T20's over youngsters.

If anything they should be playing in 2nd XI as mentors and let youngsters get more opportunities

very happy to see ****** waleed getting hammered as saffy deserves it picking him over mirza jamil..

i even think anwar ali as an all rounder in a 20 20 game for pak is reasonable

indeed Amir yamins bowling doesnt have the bite to trouble international batters..and his batting is just about decent

Thats is some serious striking from Amad Butt. Two consecutive sixes to Hasnain. He should be in the T20 squad over Faheem

Everytime I see Hasnain the guy is getting spanked.

He needs a couple of domestic seasons under his belt before he's brought back to the Pakistan team. The national team shouldn't be treated like a training arena.

hasnain was the best bowler..i dont think you saw other bowlers getting spanked then

Good comeback from Akif Javed by taking an important wicket of Khurram Manzoor

Yasir Shah unfortunately being given the usual treatment even in domestic LOIs.

He should just retire from limited overs cricket.

Yes he should as there isnt much left for him in LOIs anyway. He would be better off working hard on making his overseas red ball game effective to prolong his test career.

Lovely bowling from Asghar, finding his mojo back by the looks of it.

to be honest i think He's done in tests too but there is nobody who wants to replace him...

Faisalabad, 14 October 2019:

An all-round performance from Amad Butt and blistering knocks from Awais Zia and Bismillah Khan helped Balochistan to a 52-run win over Sindh at Faisalabad’s Iqbal Stadium in the fourth match of the National T20 Cup.

After being put into bat, Balochistan set a mammoth total of 233 for six in 20 overs.

Awais struck five fours and seven sixes in his 48-ball 77 and Bismillah cracked 54 off 30 balls, hitting four fours and four sixes as the pair stitched a 99-run partnership for the second wicket.

It was, however, Amad’s scorching 10-ball 31 that helped Balochistan set an imposing total

The all-rounder struck four sixes and a four.

For Sindh, Hasnain was the pick of the bowlers taking three wickets for 42 runs.

Sindh were off to a decent start and were well on track to chase down another high score in back-to-back matches.

They were 93 in 8.2 overs when their second-wicket fell.

The fall of Ahsan Ali (23 off 13) initiated a collapse which saw their next three batsmen – Anwar Ali, Abid Ali and Asad Shafiq – fall in a span of 14 balls

Rearguard efforts from Saud Shakeel (28 off 20) and Sarfaraz Ahmed (36 off 25) instilled a ray of hope in the run chase.

But, with the wicket of Saud, on the first ball of the 16th over, Balochistan had pocketed the game.

Sindh were all-out on 181 in 19.4 overs, with Amad this time starring with the ball by taking three wickets for 32 runs.

The other notable performance with the ball came from the young speedster Akif Javed who took three wickets for 42 runs.

Scores in brief:

Balochistan 233-6, 20 overs (Awais Zia 77, Bismillah Khan 54, Amad Butt 31; Mohammad Hasnain 3-42)

Sindh 181 all-out, 19.4 overs (Abid Ali 41, Sarfaraz Ahmed 36, Khurram Manzoor 33, Saud Shakeel 28, Ahsan Ali 23; Amad Butt 3-32, Akif Javed 3-42)
