Yes we have one of the best battng lineups. Thats quite apparent after seeing the stats.
Now as a pakistani you shouldn't Talk about being minnows given your record in the last one or so is even worse than an associate team let alone a minnow team. Also we have beaten NZ even when we weren't with 100% our players and next time you were in NZ you were bowled out for 74 i guess
 
Indian posters are claiming that its a once in a blue moon and they are world class and what not. Well, if this is not a wake up call then i dont what it is. Maybe, next match then.

Wrong !! He is a better technically. Cory is more a specialist batsman than the other guys you mentioned. He has a first class average of 47. He can make centuries.
 
India have the best/second best top 3, but they also have shortest tail and weakest established middle order of all major sides.

In effect if India lose 2 wkts in the first 10, the best they can finish with is probably 260-280.

They are a flawed team, but then again so are almost everyone else. Which is why it will be a good WC.

For both Eng and Aus, the schedule they have gives them luxury of taking some time to find their A-game.

For India and Pak, their first 4 games are critical and we will know whether they will blow out or thrive in these matches
 
This is exactly what i was telling india will either win convincingly or lose convincingly because of lack of depth.

This is not good for India jadeja is making asserting his position in the side means kulcha will be broken and it will cost India dearly if it happens
 
Either pitch is easing out or ball is getting older. But Jaddu somehow scores runs in England. Even in CT final against England he smashed Anderson for a six.

Yes otherwise it would be incredibly unfair.
But i still bank on India on a flat pitch vs Eng.
Their top 3 can demolish the English bowlers on a highway but it is their bowling which will give them the extra edge.so it might be pretty balanced if not tilted in india's favor i believe.
Pakistan however will be on a disadvantage unfortunately.
 
Jaddu is a specialist fielder regardless what he scores here. He is not that good to be part of the playing XI.

I can see it happening kohli makes the dumbest decisions but look at that kuldeep is so scared to bat even doesn’t wanna play ish sodhi and this is exactly what a warm up is for your tail can get better he’s mentally weak kuldeep kohli likes fighters he will keep chahal and jadeja
 
And there we jadeja is confirmed in the xi now looking at how weak India’s tail is and newzeland stop playing around finish this off
 
Jaddu's problem although is accelerating. Now he has no need to accelerate lol He just has to throw the bat at ball that are in his area.

To be fair, India has done poorly in practice matches of ICC tournaments before to then do well in the actual games.

Good analysis m8...imho they made a big mistake leaving out pant...and only one LH batsman in Shikhar, if he leaves early....no one to mix it up...all teams have leggies or lh ortho...- zampa/rashid k/ a rashid/shadab/tahir/sodhi/santner/shakib...etc)...india missing a big tack in not having a LH bat in the middle overs..
for Pak, IMHO the WC will be a diff beast, their batting is clicking and sooner or later they gonna get conditions where their quicks will run reverse riots....i guess pak are the most acclimatised team in the WC...outside of Eng....hence why this could be aan open WC
 
Ok newzeland either wanna get batting practice or they either wanna lose the match one or the other
 
Even Kuldeep a certifed tailender looks comfortable. It is a batting wicket with tough conditions early on.
 
Boult will enjoy conditions similar to this. He was the 2nd highest wicket taker behind Starc in 2015 world cup. He was the difference between India making 300 and 170 today. This is 270 bare minimum pitch.
 
Kuldeep has a 100 and a 50 in domestics. He is capable of holding up an end if specialost batsman is playing on the other end. I don't know why people don't check before saying something

Jaddu has 3 triple hundreds. lol We know how he bats at the international level. Kuldeep from whatever i have seen in the international looked mediocre. He has played enough games.

Lol capable of holding a bat was the great Chris Martin as well it’s 2019 times have changed you need to be better than that
 
Most tail Enders love batting they enjoy smashing the ball but chahal says he prays his batting doesn’t come lol so he’s literally taken out the room for improvement
 
I would keep Shodhi over Santner if needed. Because leggies always have better wicket taking option. Don't see him bowl much of goolgies though.

Jaddu has played far many matches to form am opinion as compared to kuldeep who rarely gets to bat given our batting line up. So hope you take that into consideration.
 
Yeah hurt their bowlers and kuldeep injure his hand so he can’t bowl lol good strategy I’d be laughing my guts out if a key Indian player gets injured in one of these warm ups

Pandya has got a 94 in SA in Tests. He is not a hack you seem to sound. He got a good one that fractionally nipped away. He didn't look out of place during his stay. He even played some good shots. Rohit on the other hand has a perennial weakness against incoming ball from left arm seamer. All his career he has that weakness.
 
That’s more like it be brave kuldeep even vvs is saying that as a tail ender you need to be brave against hostile bowling

Man you would probably rate his 90 in IPL to what’s his test average like 20 or something he will score those runs once in a blue moon he’s not a hack but he’s not as good as you all rate him at
 
Pitch is good to bat on. Just that NZ lucked out with swinging conditions. This bowling line up will be taken to cleaners in better batting conditions.

The position he bats the role he plays is different in a one dayer. Are you going to rate Jaddu better than top 3 based on this?
 
The worlds second best fielder has just slapped it to the worlds best fielder and he obliged
 
This Indian batting isn't a patch on the 2011 Indian batting. Just yesterday I was watching the highlights of the Indo-Pak SF at Mohali, and this was India's line up:

SRT
Sehwag
Gambhir
Kohli
Yuvi
Dhoni
Raina

Followed by bowlers. Any one of those 7 had the ability to bat through the innings, and accelerate at will. Now compare that with this Indian batting, where the middle order is carried by the likes of DK,Jadhav,Shankar,MSD (Shadow) & Pandya. What a fall
 
This is like CT 2017 final performance. Top 3 gone and the rest fold.

This is supposed to be the best team :))

They decided to accept this compromise in an effort to build a good bowling unit. But batsmen still have to do bare minimum. Not imploding like this.

IThey are ranked 2nd. Won in SA against SA, Won in Aus against Aus, Won in NZ against nZ, lost 1-2 in ENgland with a b string pace attack, Won Asia cup. They probably are doing something right to be ranked world no.2 May be playing slightly better than the opposition?

Again bringing in players test stats to justify his selection in the team. You are even ready to bring down Rohit Sharma for Hardik Pandya lol. Rohit has a weakness but he has performed and won matches for India as well whereas Pandya is just riding on a hype train. :inti

Since you decided to compare Jaddu with Pandya i brought this up. You are seriously under-estimating his batting potential since he does well in the IPL. IPL is a top flight T20 competition whether you like it or not. Batting like Pandya is not easy. Even in the CT final Pandya was the only one who scored some runs until he was run out.
 
Boult great spell. World no.2 ranked bowler bowled like one !! Tip my hat off to this guy. Lovely bowler to watch in the right conditions.
