NZ needs to get Dhawan quickly otherwise he will simply take the game away.

This no ball business is funny. Umpire missed two consecutive no balls and nothing was done because no one was out on those two balls, lol.

What a contrast between two umpires. Richard is spot on all the time and Davis makes one mistake after another. Not making this comment based on this series but just a general observation.

We are Bangladesh,We are Bangladesh,We are Bangladesh,We are Bangladesh,We are Bangladesh,We are Bangladesh,We are Bangladesh,........ remember that!

India should get a good lead here , and then roll over Kiwis , a 4th day win here on cards.

Kiwis would have wanted at least 4 wickets by stumps today , had they got rid of ishant today it would have been somewhat good for them

only ftb in this team is nohit and rahane

He played well in SA. You can't start putting random tags after 2 poor showings when he has hardly played much cricket. Based on what I saw in SA series, he looked a solid batsman to me. Indians should give him an extended run in test side.

Sharma has also not played much but I kind of doubt his attitude. He doesn't look hungry enough for runs like Pujara or Kohli.

Dhawan has been excellent.very happy to see him back in form.
Make no mistake, this pitch is green and nz have pretty decent seamers,he's scored at a brisk rate as well.

he made couple of half centuries there but never looked in control anytime in those innings. always look tentative in middle. I hope he proves me wrong. I find murali Vijay to be more confident player

Well, I was only able to see highlights due to the time difference but he showed great application by taking blows on his body and leaving the ball well. I think he has it in him to do well and needs to given a long run. I was simply talking about my impression here and that had nothing to do with how much he scored. Parallel example, Pujara was playing solid in this ongoing test. He got a very good ball and got out after 20 odd runs but simply looking at him you can tell that he is cut for test level.

Sure, all guess works won't come true.

What a day for India, New Zealand 105 and 192 in two consecutive innings. And what is happening to Ishant??

Good day for India, Kiwis self destcuting with the bat once again, nothing new there. India should be looking for a healthy lead here on 1st inns

I wish India gets more of these kind of pitches so our bowlers can do better!

So NZ got to 192, not bad considering where they were.

Dhawan doing well for India, batting at a good pace. Early morning session tomorrow holds the key.
