Umar Gul seriously needs an ear check up. This is not the first time the keeper and slip cordon (even the commentators) have heard the nick while Gul hasn't.

Gul had now this 5-6th times, every times replay showed that there was an endge..

first time umer gull didn't appeal against irfan pathan when india travel pakistan in 2004-2005 there was big big nick every body went for appeal and except gul and then asad rough didn't give him out and replay showed there was hude and clear cut edge, after that irfan pathan hit lot of boundaries to gull. in think one over he smashed 3-4 boundaries to gull after that lucky chance.

last time he didn't go for appeal in last series against SA, peterson was big time edged and gull dind't appeal but other all.

in AUS gull didn't appeal two time against clarke.

an other bowler in my mind is dale steyn who sometime don't go for appeal.

but i really agree with you umer gull really need a ear check up

sometimes i think msbah is stubborn when he doesnt change the bowlers.

he makes them bowl for ages and ages with little outcome.

he should give tanvir or gul a res and bring wahab in they wont get much tired this way as well.
