He has worked really hard to earn a spot in this side, and all this mocking especially when he is doing his job just fine (average of 22 justifies that) is unacceptable and unjust.

He got into the side by being by far the highest wicket taker in Quaid-e-Azam trophy and therefore forced his way into the side. I believe he deserves a run in the side as he also has indeed performed on the International scene too. He may not be a long term option, but definitely deserves his chance!!
