To deflect attention from Kaptaan celebrating prematurely and misleading the leading with false promises, cult followers are making sad attempts to occupy the moral high ground by stating that this is Pakistan’s loss, not Imran Khan’s.
While this is true, we cannot really lament over something that didn’t exist in the first place. No point in crying over losing a treasure when it was not there to begin with.
The bottom-line is that yet again, Kaptaan has taken the nation for a ride with false hopes and promises. PTI’s circus continues and the humiliation doesn’t seem to end.
The government goofs up on a daily basis and cult followers are left fending for excuses, justifications and deflections.
Pointing out examples of Nawaz and co. celebrating prematurely doesn’t justify Imran doing bhangra before gathering relevant information.
From “we will bring tabdeeli”, PTI has been reduced to “Nawaz and Zardari” did the same, as if people voted for them to replicate what other parties did. It is hysterical how the mistakes of other parties are halal for PTI.
Imran has literally done the opposite of pretty much everything he said 4-5 years ago. The man has no conviction and no belief in what he says - he had no long-term plan and no long-term strategy, and his only aim was to become the PM using any means necessary.
This is one of the many, many goof-ups since coming into power.
- Showing the spine of a jellyfish in the Atif Mian case and caving under the pressure of the mullahs was an early sign that this government is just hot air.
- they went to IMF after making tall claims that they won’t. Before someone attempts to give an elementary lesson in economics to justify why they had to go to IMF, the point is that going to IMF is not the problem.
The problem is that Imran made tall claims pre-election that PTI will not go to IMF with a begging-bowl, knowing very well that it was inevitable considering our economic situation.
He was either lying and misleading the nation as usual, or he was simply clueless and showed his naivety, which is also standard procedure for him.
- He sacked Asad Umar within 8 months after championing him as an economic genius for 8 years and appointed a loudmouth duffer as Science & Tech Minister.
- They have also failed to fulfill several cheap promises as well, such as the showbaazi that they will utilize PM House etc. for public service.
- When he took a U-turn on his stance on electables, his pathetic justification was that when the leader is good, the people under him will change as well, but his theory turned out to be crap as expected.
The electables politicians, the various thugs and crooks have continues on their merry ways and Imran cannot do anything because they will threaten to leave the party.
The fake dentist, the KP Health Minister, thrashed a doctor but the “Naya and component KP police” don’t have the guts to take action against him.
This premature celebrations over finding oil reserves is nothing more than the latest goof-up by this circus government. The list is only going to grow and things are only going to get worse.
PTI could lie and spread propaganda over their performance in KP, but incompetence is harder to hide at a federal level.
I used to feel sorry for cult followers but now I don’t - they deserve this humiliation because of their blind support. Sensible PTI supporters have made peace with the fact that they are up to no good and have rightfully deserted this train wreck.
