On this day Javed Miandad, the greatest batsman Pakistan has ever produced made his debut 36 years ago at the age of 19 Years and 119 days against New-Zeland at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. He was the youngest cricketer to score a century, on debut, in a test match at the time.

Javed scored 163 runs, which included 14 boundaries and was part of 281 runs stand with Asif Iqbal for the fifth wicket.

Best batsman to play for Pakistan. He was one the best batsmen to play the game who used to put big prize on his wicket.
