What's new

"Operation Sindoor is now India's new policy against terrorism, a new line has been drawn": Narendra Modi

I hope the policy does not sustain. It is stupid. Can't go to war for every terror attack. Instead work on developing defense and economy.
Precisely why I said it was a stupid thing to say, aimed to stoke up national pride and get the people behind this government, but with potential expense of economic growth which thrives on political stability.

What a silly question. If anything, entire nation is strongly behind him at this time and his vote share/popularity will only increase. However, this operation was nothing to do with votes or politics.

Also, why dont you want Indians to vote for him?

:rabada2
It used to worry me before but not anymore. You can keep voting for your terrorist PM and the RSS Extreme Rightwing party!

Good luck

It is not just stupid but it is also dangerous. People of India needs to wake up.

With all borders being hot becoming the new normal, I predict that India will gradually evolve into a security-state, with the armed forces playing an increasingly prominent role in the public domain over the next decade.

😂😂😂
Memes for days bro :ROFLMAO:

What the hell was this terrorist expecting when he said “Pakistan attacked India instead of joining it in its fight against terrorism”?????

Why has the US decided to continue trade equally with Pakistan just as it does with India if Modi’s projection of Pakistan being a state that sponsors terrorism is correct?

We have only paused our strikes on Pakistani terrorists infrastructure, & military. It will be judged by thr future actions.

We will not see the difference between the terrorist & Pakistani establishment says PM Modi; points to presence of Pakistani military personnel at the state funerals of Pakistani terrorists

After Indian retaliatory strikes on Pakistan, it started pleading for the international community for support. On 10 May, Pakistani DGMOs reached us. By that time we destroyed terror infrastructure in Pakistan, says PM Modi

:kp

But but but . . .

Trump: I told India and Pakistan - stop the fighting or no trade.

This is like if a p0rnstar told people they should go to church more

LOL at this operation sindoor. It did not go well for India overall.

Surely, they need a new policy to improve their intelligence and security because they failed in Pahalgam first, and then later on they threw everything on Pakistan.

Modi has nowhere to go now.

Operation Sindoor is similar to the operation carried out by US against Taliban & Afghanistan over 09/11 terror attack

More like operation tandoor.... fell in and got burnt

Well somebody gotta take care of terrorists within our midst.

And yes predominantly such fellas are nurtured in madrassahs and masajids.
terrorist comes from extremist circles. Hindutva have many extremist circles and they have been doing terrorism in the country since forever.

Fix yourself first before looking elsewhere. And this goes for every single country in the world. No country is pure and terrorism free.

Next time there is terrorism in Pakistan, and India is behind it then wipe out Hindutva militant camps with PL15s and target Hindutva terrorist leaders like Modi and Amit Shah, no matter how deep in bunkers they will be hiding again next time Pak Army should grill them. Those cowards incompetent bunch can't fight and run to Daddy USA the moment things get tough so we can tell how brave they are. Not a surprise their humiliation has become a norm, were brought down to their knees in 2019 through Abhinandan, and now have faced far worse humiliation by losing jets, bases, militants and then crying and begging over things like "Pakistan nay hum par he hamla kar diya..." Godi

He is yet to provide and evidence.
And what evidence has the Pak army given except beg for ceasefire? India have atleast shown before and after stellite images of the targets. Shameless Pak military could be seen at slain terrorists janazah. Foreign minister openly accepted the ones killed in masjids and madrasas were non-state actors who could be used for other purposes. has your military even given one picture about the damage they claim to have done.

LOL, Pakistanis aren’t asking for blood. No one here is hoping for India’s destruction.

In fact, as major news outlets reported, after Pakistan retaliated, it was the Indian government that reached out to Washington asking for a ceasefire.

You’re consuming Indian media, regurgitating it, and expecting the world to believe it. I hate to break it to you, most people don’t live in India’s parallel universe.

India has made a mockery of Pakistan’s nuclear status

2019 - Surgical strikes

2025 - Precision hits deep inside Pakistan on it’s terror camps, air bases

Now openly saying that every little terror misadventure will be met with daggers hitting inside Pakistan

Pakistan doesn’t have it in them to push the button. They know very well the second strike is always meant to be 100X more impactful
Then why did India throw in the towel after only 4 days of combat?? It makes no sense…. It showed there weakness. They should have continued to make a real statement but they displayed chicken hearts.. all the chest thumping was for the TV dramatically theatre.

Message to Pakistanis : Lies and Propaganda only works for a few days and on a few secluded forums. Eventually truth always prevails. Forget others your own future generations would be calling you all dumb and disgrace in a decade or so looking back at this episode

Wrong. Most Pakistanis, especially overseas are very used to humiliation. It’s an every day thing, sometimes they get away with it by passing off as Indians. But nevertheless they remain unfazed by it and it’s a credit to their thick skin and resilience

ok kids, a ceasefire works because both sides want it, pak wanted a ceasefire because it cannot sustain the economic burden of a war for long, india wanted a ceasefire because they couldnt sustain haemorrhaging their international reputation at the rate they were.

this has been a disaster on the international stage for india, in less than a week china has gone from being an international paraih to the US making overtures towards resolution of their standoff for the last decade or so. china is the biggest winner here, and in whatever scenario that happens, indias the loser.

I hope you will be around here to have an open discussion on who stands where months and years from now.

For now all we see is panicking Pakistanis making crazy kinda comments trying to hide their shame.

IAF hit your strategic sites and they’re spamming the media with satellite image proofs for the same. They clearly bossed out. Rafales were fantastic 🤣

What is there to be proud of?
You have no relation with Pakistan and you make sure Pak and China form a block together, that has given you an epic phainta. Now you are also taking on Turkey and Iran.

Keep going.

China is not in the complete humiliation club. Their defense equipments might been exposed as junk recently and their online trolls and PR propaganda might have been badly exposed but still they’re a strong economy. They’re not really beggars like Pakistan or a failing economy like Turkiye. They’re far apart from you two and we respect that. It’s the only aspect of China we can respect.

ive been here for years, and plenty of old posters can vouch for my opinions on political matters. one of my most consistent opinions has been that modi is indias equivalent of zia (who i believe along with ayub and bhutto are the worst things to happen to Pakistan), and his religious zealotry will set india back decades, and its getting proven. i understand that as an indian you feel its ur duty to help manipulate the narrative to protect your nations image, but feel the pulse of neutral sources and the only conclusion you get is that despite the specifics of who won what and lost what, this was a massive strategic miscalculation by india.

It’s just an opinion of yours.

Can you present a facts based arguement on how Modi has taken India backwards?

India continues to grow economically, in stature and in military might with or without Modi. Our nation doesn’t depend heavily on individuals

you just fought a war with pakistan, no country openly supported india, trump equated india and Pakistan in his ceasefire speech, during his tenure china has occupied 2000 sq miles of ur territory and india doesnt even cover it for fear of the public wanting retribution, hindu zealtory has destroyed indias image internationally as a country of ascetics, wise, yogis.

you are right nations dont depend highly on individuals, which makes it all the more perplexing that a country that can support modern tech, corporates, and finance would put its trust in a hate mongering imbecile who adds no value, other than letting the downtrodden, empoviersiehd and marginalised hindus blame all their problems on Muslims and Islam rather than the structural imbalances in the country.

You really have no clue now do you.
China is like a 100 levels above you. Turkey is a developed country, I have lived there for a year, it is one of the best places to be. Economy is something that goes up and down. You have become a laughing stock and can keep dreaming about so called dominance in the region.

India's new policy, to get kicked everytime in a man to man combat and to be the laughing stock of the world.

On Shanti to all who died in Pakistan because of our attacks. Celebrating deaths isn’t something we do. Things happen in wartime.

The futility of war.

China is laughing at both India and Pakistan somewhere in the corner. Pak is commendably doing the dirty work of China. Something China does not want to do it themselves. So they sold their latest and greatest to Pakistan and tried it on India. If it succeeds, then they can use the same against Taiwan in the future. Its all part of a big plan. This India-Pak war is just a small cog in the large Chinese machinery.

Pakistan tried really hard over the last decade to peace with all neighbours. India must remember they shall be facing a different Pakistan going forward. Hard times for the war loving neighbour who will be put in its rightful place.

Condolences to families of fallen soldiers on both sides and the Civilians. No condolences for Masood Azhar family, he richly deserved it. Still wish it was him with his brother who died and not young kids of his family. Wars are not ideal but so is not terrorism. Pakistanis will obviously deny their ISI's involvement but it's not a secret that these groups have been claiming innocent lives in India. All the intelligence based evidence suggested these groups to be behind Pehalgam. A message needed to be given to these groups, doesn't matter how deep they hide, they will be haunted if they dare to this kinda attacks on our civilian.

India did well with with the missiles and pak did well with its trained pilots. Ideally it should have been no match with superior instruments that IAF has, but IAF lacks good trained pilots in dogfights. The pilots still did a very good job with air to surface precision target at Bahawalpur, but likely lost a prized plane. Truth will come out on that plane and it should come out. India is mature enough to handle the truth. In Air defence systems, there is was no comparison though. Even indigenous Akash defence system performed better than Chinese tech. All the missiles aimed at key infra were intercepted and no real losses to any airbases unlike PAF. It's also along expected lines, with the bigger budget that India has. With Modi's video in front of S400, the myth is also busted that S400 and it's batteries at udhampur took a hit. What surprised me was the effectiveness of the Indigenous air defence system. It did such an excellent job.

Thanks to India’s shenanigans which has united Pakistani awaam with the fauj. It has united many political parties. Heck it has also united @gazza619 with @Rana.

Pakistan’s Defeat in the May 2025 Conflict: A Detailed Account of India’s Strategic Strikes and Diplomatic Fallout

By OSINT(Open-source intelligence) - UK

In May 2025, Pakistan suffered a swift and decisive defeat at the hands of India in a brief but intense military conflict. Triggered by a terror attack in Indian-administered Kashmir, India launched a series of precision strikes that dismantled Pakistan’s terrorist infrastructure, air defenses, and military bases. As Pakistan’s losses mounted and its counterattacks failed, its leadership turned to the United States and Saudi Arabia for diplomatic intervention to avert total collapse. This article elaborates on the key events of the conflict, detailing how Pakistan’s military was overwhelmed and ultimately forced to beg for a ceasefire.

1. May 7: India Destroys 9 Terror Camps in a Single Night

The conflict began on the night of May 7, 2025, when India launched a massive operation targeting nine terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir. These camps, linked to groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), were accused of orchestrating a deadly attack in Pahalgam on April 22 that killed 26 civilians, mostly tourists. Dubbed Operation Sindoor, the Indian offensive involved 80-90 aircraft, including Rafale jets armed with SCALP cruise missiles and AASM Hammer glide bombs, alongside BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles and SkyStriker loitering munitions. The strikes obliterated the camps, marking a strong statement against Pakistan’s alleged support for terrorism. Pakistan denied the accusations, but the destruction left its proxy networks in tatters. The funeral saw the Pakistani military and the government standing together with a US-designated terrorist. This confirmed significant losses.

2. May 8: India Knocks Out Chinese-Made Air Defenses and Radars in Lahore

The next day, India escalated its campaign by targeting Pakistan’s air defense network in Lahore. Using precision strikes, Indian forces destroyed Chinese-supplied systems, including HQ-16 air defense batteries and radar installations critical to Pakistan’s ability to monitor and counter aerial threats. The loss of these assets exposed gaping vulnerabilities in Pakistan’s military infrastructure, particularly its reliance on foreign technology. Residents of Lahore reported widespread panic as explosions lit up the sky, with air raid sirens unable to mask the chaos. This move ensured that Pakistan’s skies were left defenseless, paving the way for further Indian operations.

3. May 9: India Flattens 11 Pakistani Airbases with BrahMos Missiles

On the night of May 9, India delivered a devastating blow by flattening 11 Pakistani airbases using BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles. Among the targets was the Nur Khan airbase near Rawalpindi, a key facility close to Pakistan’s military headquarters and vital for air refueling operations. Other bases, such as Rafiqui in Shorkot and additional strategic sites, were also hit with a combination of BrahMos, HAMMER, and SCALP missiles launched from Rafale jets. The scale of the operation dwarfed the initial strikes, crippling Pakistan’s air force and leaving its military leadership stunned. The precision and firepower of India’s assault underscored the technological and strategic disparity between the two nations.

4. May 9: Pakistan’s Counterattack Fails Against Indian Air Defenses

That same night, Pakistan attempted a counteroffensive, launching air and ballistic missile attacks aimed at Indian military installations. However, India’s advanced air defense systems, including the S-400 Triumf and the Integrated Counter UAS Grid, decimated the assault. Pakistani drones, missiles, and fighter jets targeting bases in Awantipura, Pathankot, and Bhuj were intercepted or shot down, with only minor damage reported. Pakistan’s claims of hitting significant Indian assets, such as S-400 or BrahMos systems, were dismissed by India as propaganda. The failure of this counterattack left Pakistan’s military humiliated and its options dwindling.

5. May 9: Pakistan Launches 6 Ballistic Missiles at Delhi, All Intercepted

Frustrated by its inability to retaliate effectively, Pakistani generals escalated the conflict by ordering the launch of six ballistic missiles toward Delhi, India’s capital. This desperate move aimed to shift the tide but was thwarted when India’s S-400 air defense system successfully intercepted all six missiles mid-flight. The interception prevented a potential catastrophe and showcased India’s robust defensive capabilities. For Pakistan, the failed strike was a tipping point, drawing international attention and raising fears of further escalation as its military strategy unraveled.

6. India Strikes Sargodha Airbase, Spooking Pakistan and the U.S.

In a bold and decisive strike, India next targeted the heavily guarded Sargodha airbase, a linchpin of Pakistan’s military operations. Sargodha houses the Combat Commanders School and serves as a hub for nuclear-capable aircraft, with underground facilities nearby believed to store part of Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal. The strike, executed with pinpoint accuracy, demolished key infrastructure and sent shockwaves through Pakistan’s leadership. The proximity to nuclear assets alarmed both Pakistani officials and the United States, raising the specter of a nuclear response. This move underscored India’s willingness to hit Pakistan’s most sensitive targets, pushing the conflict to a critical juncture.

7. Diplomatic Panic: Pakistan Appeals to Rubio, Vance, and Saudi Arabia

The destruction of Sargodha, combined with earlier losses, left Pakistan’s military on the brink of collapse. Fearing annihilation or a nuclear miscalculation, Pakistani General Asim Munir reached out to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Vice President JD Vance, and Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister for urgent intervention. These leaders, in turn, contacted Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar, and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval to broker a de-escalation. The diplomatic flurry reflected global concern over the conflict’s trajectory, with Pakistan’s pleas signaling its desperation to avoid further devastation.

8. May 10: Pakistan’s DGMO Requests Ceasefire, Seeks Face-Saving Exit

On May 10, Pakistan’s Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) contacted his Indian counterpart to formally request a ceasefire. After four days of relentless losses, Pakistan’s military was in disarray, its airbases destroyed, and its defenses shattered. The DGMO’s call came with a plea for a “face-saving off-ramp”—a way to end the conflict without admitting total defeat. With mediation from the U.S., Saudi Arabia, and 36 other nations, a ceasefire was agreed upon, taking effect at 5:00 p.m. IST on May 10. Though the fighting stopped, punitive measures like trade suspensions remained, leaving Pakistan battered and humbled.

Conclusion: Pakistan’s Collapse and the Cost of Escalation

Pakistan’s defeat in the May 2025 conflict with India was a stark demonstration of military asymmetry and strategic miscalculation. India’s destruction of terror camps, air defenses, and key bases—coupled with its ability to neutralize Pakistan’s counterattacks—left Pakistan with no choice but to seek foreign help to stave off collapse. The intervention of the U.S. and Saudi Arabia secured a fragile ceasefire, but Pakistan emerged from the conflict with its military crippled and its pride wounded. The episode serves as a cautionary tale of the perils of escalation in a region defined by tension and nuclear risk, with Pakistan’s losses a testament to India’s overwhelming response.

Expect the same if you meddle in Balochistan. No proof no evidence required right? Just acting on hunches? Ok. 👍
Sure strike India with zero historical and current evidence...say that like us India houses the Baloch equivalent of Osama hafeez masoor ilyas dawood and every known terrorist in the world... Then go to foreign media and say we have nukes and say India is going to retaliate in 36 hrs...sure sounds like a great plan..go for it

This is getting very embarrasing for Pakistan after they claimed victory on May 10. Day by day their lies are getting exposed with more to come in near future. As I said before, India fought this battle for a genuine grievance i.e Pak sponsored terrorism and how to eradicate them. Pak was fighting more about planting fake stories and narrative war to win infront of international media.
They are now in the Umar vs Sachin. Babar vs Kohli Shaheen vs bumrah phase...

Pakistan releases the BSF personnel .

Punjab Rangers personnel Muhammad Allah has been released by the Indian side.

Good if true.

Let’s go back to our posts and wait for the next war.

Well atleast this was how India wanted it to be panned out untill they got humiliated by Pakistan 🤣🤣🤣

Whole world knows who got humiliated, Pakistan DGO in Panick 1st called Indian counter part to stop the sorties.

You must ask pak leadership where are the arms n ammunitions purchased by Pakistan by spending billions dollars? Pak jst show few substandard Chinese missiles. Pakistan almost spent double of India’s defence expense
