Pakistan (134) fall short as Australia (147/9) win the second T20I by 13 runs taking unassailable 2-0 lead with 1 game remaining

Sufyan looks nervous. Not able to find a suitable line and length.
Quite fast through the air and is getting some turn. Will be interested to see how he develops. Looks like he could be threatening if he gets the ball in the right areas.
Him and faisal akram one has to play test matches and even one days obviously he is nervous

Naseem and Shaheen are simply not T20 bowlers. Look at naseems length

After the first three overs, it felt like a score of 250 was on the cards. However, excellent bowling from Rauf and Abbas turned things around. As always, Rizwan made smart adjustments and timely bowling changes to regain control. That said, the situation could have been even better if we had held on to our catches.

Shaheen is being thrashed by newbies of Australia. He can't bowl in test cricket and T20s, he has just recently performed in ODIs against Australia. He was giving flying kisses after getting last batsman out in 3rd ODI, he has literally lowered his standard by doing such celebration. He doesn't look threatening at all
He needs attention like his FIL.

This has to be some of the worst fielding in a long time. Even for Pakistan.

My goodness Pakistan's fielding last couple games has been atrocious.
Haris Rauf's mistimed pick up is pure complacent

If these 2 stays for another 4 overs they will beat hell out of pakistan bowling

Finallay Fielder holds onto 1 and Stoinis is gone... sufiyan gets his first of the career.

They reached 50 in 3.2 overs. then they lost hteir way badly. This batting unit is not cut to be embracing the "keep going" mantra. One more wicket . It will be tail. Head himself is one position above.

Glad Sufyan's got his maiden wicket. More importantly Pakistan took a catch :)

Hope it'll help boost his confidence.

Crazy how far the ball carried with just a simple flick of the wrist. Stoinis is seriously strong.

Sufyan is proving to be a fantastic discovery for Pakistan. His bowling in this match has been outstanding so far, showcasing his skill and potential.

Australia in first 3 overs: 48/0
Australia in next 3 overs: 13/3

brilliant comeback

I dont understand the uneducated team management.. we have 5 out and out bowlers playing yet they are awful anyways..white ball you need batting and should have all rounders

Our Legends Shaheen and Naseem combined gave 60 in 4 overs , Other ordinary bowlers only 27 in 6 Overs at 4.5 rpo. What would we do without these legends. And those three drops by them are icing on the ckae

Legends are legends for a reason

Honestly his bowling hasn't been outstanding.
His line and length for the most past has been a bit wayward.
But he is definitely showing some potential.

Batsmen have been a bit circumspect I'd imagine because there's not much video analysis they can do. After this game I would expect Australia to study him more and play him better.

Tim David sucks against spin. I remember Mumbai Indians would not send him if the spinner is on.

I like his start. He did not fade away after that dropped catch and got the wicket eventually. Mentally strong.

Haseeb, Haris
Haris is a joke of batsmen, Haseeb may be better but Agha has played many clutch cameos, too early to comment how he will go in T20s, but Pakistan do not have any power hitters. Haseeb will not score much quicker than Agha or much more regularly.

Australia's game plan looks puzzling. They keep swinging the bat without worrying about wickets. Now 9 overs left. Not many batsmen left. Not the smartest strategy.

So aussies are 5 down yet they still have batters coming at number 7 exactly my point about battin in white ball

Aussies shouldn't worry and just take it deep because 4 overs of legends are still to bowl. Means min minimum 50 runs for now just preserve wickets and pick whatever runs you can.

That’s because you look stupid when it doesn’t come off.

Regardless in modern day cricket you can afford to lose meaningless bilateral games while trying out this approach.

I respectfully disagree. In T20 cricket, a spinner needs to have variety, sometimes following the batsman to cramp their range and other times getting the ball away from their hitting zone. Those two consecutive wicket to wicket deliveries in the 2nd over were exceptional, landing on a perfect length and building pressure. After that, he introduced variation, which was smart. As I write this, he’s just picked up another wicket. This has been a fantastic spell of bowling so far!
