Pakistan bowlers on top throughout the innings - but can Pakistan batters do their job?

148 off 120 balls. Should be gettable on this pitch and ground

Cant blame Rizwan here.

Score is tailor made for his 50 off 45 balls and then 70 off 55 balls to score the win.

Can only beat whats in front of you.

One of Conway or Kane should be playing.

Guptill
Allen
Conway
Mitchell
Phillips
Neesham
Bracewell
Santner
Sodhi
Lockie
Boult

Best XI should play before the WC to find some form.

Well done by W Junior. I criticize him a lot but he was good today. Haris great as usual. Need a fielding coach still, too many brain fog moments.

I thought fielding was pretty good outside of the catch Haris took over the boundary

You can judge the wicket when both sides have batted let's see
Nah our batting was like this in Aus as well. Struggling to score.

Should coast this. Our bowling line up today is pretty average as well.

Terrific effort by m wasim and rauf.
overall good display by pak especially in last death overs, good slower ones and judged the pitch excellently.
cant help and compare this to our bowlers who bowl at the death, sir Bhuvi sobers, Halwa Harshal , nowesh avesh and the rest of our candy floss stall owners. pathetic.

Overall, some fantastic bowling tonight outside of one over. Rauf & Wasim Jr. were outstanding.

Doable chase but they will need to avoid falling in the trap that befell England against us when they were chasing 145. After early wickets, they slowed to a crawl in the middle and leaving too much to do at the end. Had a similar issue vs Afghanistan too.

That’s why him and Babar were so happy

Hopefully our openers fire, otherwise our middle order will once again prove that they have the talent to lose every match

We are all abt bowling, we keep doing this, Baber/Riz/Shan can chase for us. Day we give 190, it's all over.

Because we can’t really criticise our own rubbish batting approach too much….

Let us take a look at Devon Conway the opener and go hard at him!

What was that innings??

Wait Boult and Southee are playing, this is a pretty strong line up. Only missing Lockie and Santner. Southee isn't a big drop down in quality from Lockie.

Need to rest Rauf till the WC now if either of Hasnain or Naseem are feeling better. Same with Riz possibly.

Haris was a bit down on pace today- could be because of the cold, or you know… playing 50 t20s in a row.

Naseem and Hasnain both need match practice

There will be lot 0f movement for southee and boult but cant just block and let the run rate go up
If the pitch is sluggish it will be close but think Pakistan should get over the line. Not enough runs, needed 20 more runs.

Today they can play as a test match and still win.

This is a battle of poverty between two mediocre batting line ups.

How do Rizwan and Babar fare against spin? Might be good to keep them around for the spinners to eat balls.

Well done Phillips

Cheekh Cheekh ke Rizwan ko plan bats dou!!

How will they look heroic if they don’t make it difficult?

Babar reminds me of Kane in T20s. Really frustrating, the game isn't made for players like them.

NZ around 15 runs short of par score. 170 would have even been a winning score. Easily the worst top 7 side going into the World T20.

All 3 teams in the tri-series have tricked the fans. We all thought they were there to get some practice in for the T20 World Cup. Turns out that Bangladesh and New Zealand are actually practicing for next years ODI World Cup. Pakistan going one step further and preparing for Test Championship, excellent oversight from the management

I stayed up to watch this game, but beginning to fall asleep now.

Babar azam needs to play less of t20s. This is affevting his game and his geet movement.

Baba & Rizwan should have come out with Bairstow masks on southee would have run a mile..

You could almost see Babar and Rizwan frothing at the mouth as they came onto the pitch for the innings thinking about the fact that the low score gives them the perfect opportunity to play their disgusting brand of tuk-tuk that brings shame to our country

This is pretty clear to see

Babar Azam is back.

Because target is 150.

Just his range.

This is the 3rd Nanga that has run on to the field

Why are they nange when Pakistan is playing?

Any complaints about Babar today? Waiting for the usual suspects to say he's now taking risks

Play positive that's the way even though it's a smallish total.
