Pakistan (242/7) defeat South Africa (239/9) by 3 wickets in a nail biting encounter to win the 1st ODI

I think maybe after champions trophy or maybe ideally before need to change the pace attack a bit cant keep going with naseem rauf and shaheen

If Pak don't get Klaasen out any time soon he will go berserk in the last 10 and the score will be upwards of 300

Naseem is one of the most frustrating bowler to ever play the game. More often than not he goes for runs these days. definitely needs to work on his fitness. looks like he had too much biryani this year

If rizwan has to say “well done” he will speak 100 words. Just a nonsense talkative person.

4 for 129 in 30 middle overs is excellent recovery from PAK, but they lost it in first 10 (70/1) - still can restrict SAF under 260, which is probably realistic chance, anything above 250 should be SAF's game here.

What a shocking drop from Rauf. Catch was easy as it gets and Rauf always takes his catches too. Just took it too easy there.

I take my hat off to this phasht bowler. Drops the easiest catch ever and then grunts and gives away 10 runs in the next over.

Today Riz probably missed a trick - no point reserving Aga, rather he should have bowled full quota at one go. Now, either he'll under bowl or risk to bowl against a well set Klassen.

Game is still in balance, though SAF has a total to defend and they won't field like PAK, but couple of big overs by Klassen, would take the game away. 7 Down - PAK must not allow SAF to bat out 50 overs here.

Best ER among all the bowlers, yet for some reason, everyone wants his head on a spike
It's strange. For so long, Pakistan has lacked a specialist spinner in the LO formats and have been functioning with part timers. Now with Abrar not bowling too bad, everybody's saying to just stick with part timers again. I'm not even a huge fan of the guy but give him some time at least. There's no-one in Pakistan right now that's Kuldeep level who would be running rampant against these batsmen
