Pakistan and India confirm ceasefire ‘with immediate effect’

so u agree just because a large move happened earlier in the month, for whatever reason, doesnt mean that a 20% move, as reported by numerous news sources off of the back of the pak ind confrontation, is not a significant move. glad you agree.

Right now it’s all fog and neither side has confirmed much about deployments and losses.

What if the share tanks 10% tomorrow?

Can someone ELI5 what is the main source of problem here? It's land dispute of Kashmir right? What is the demographic of Kashmir? Doesn't it make sense it's divided based on Population demographic?

The Brits gave us Bangladeshi tiny land, and we are OK with it I guess.

Defence minister Khawaja says 80 IAF jets flew into Pakistan whereas India says they never entered Pakistani airspace. Who is right here ?
I am with Defence minister. This guy has single handedly humiliated Pakistan in last 1 week which India couldn't do for entire decade.

Based on the above story in post #1539, Kashmir was an independent country in 1947 after partition. Any idea why Pak attacked first in October of that year? Was the problem that a Hindu was the raja there in Muslim majority area? Had Pakistan not attacked, it would have remained an independent country and I guess there will be no dispute today.

If the army had any sense they would should lock this bonga khwaja up and throw him in the same jail as imran khan definetly going senile in his mid late 70s.
It's just one bongi gaffe after gaffe.

Very good recap of Ind vs Pak conflict

SKY news isn't a competent network. They aired images of an Indian jet shot down yesterday which was later revealed to be fake - it was an incident from 2022.

Sky News is lying, CNN is lying etc etc

The whole country needs an infusion of brain cells, enough said.

I see chest thumping from bhakts have gone down. Maybe they are starting to acknowledge India military is on the back foot now (14 dead soldiers minimum). :inti

And it's weird that @sweep_shot blames India for everything!

Where does this irrational hatred for India stem from? Religion is the obvious answer, and probably that's enough of a reason, but please don't pretend that after hating India/Hindus, you feel for "humanity" in general.
Could be due to the quasi dictator you propped up and is now shacking up with Modi after you gave her a helicopter ride out of Bangladesh:kp

But no, India is always poor innocent victim.

No point dragging BD into this. We honestly don't want to be caught in war between two nuclear arm estate. BD got enough problems to deal with already.

Did anyone catch Jayne Secker’s interview of the retired Pakistan general around midday today on Sky News?

She literally asked him “are you not happy someone is removing terrorist elements in your country for you?”

Don't know about India, but your opinions are definitely a victim of poor education.

You take history lessons from BJP whatsapp groups.

You can't make any comments about education, brother.

And yes its clear from your posts you don't know about India, or know much in general.

This man just walked away with the Man of the Match with this masterpiece. How do you come up with these gems?

Bhaijaan, don't let these ministers fool you. The Military places these idiots in important positions to give everyone a false sense of security...

When it comes to Pakistan, ignore the bafoons in the government

Indians are learning today the difference between Bollywood and real life.

In Bollywood, one Indian pilot can destroy 500 enemy jets, return home, and eat vadapav.

Real life doesn't work that way. Just ask the Indian troops who are now under the pump. :inti

Priti Patel in the House of Commons today,

Her speech continues to isolate British Pakistanis. It felt like Modi had written her speech for her.

I know that brother.
In Pakistan, the PM himself holds no more power than Army Chief’s peon let alone the make believe Defense Minister title. This parchi guy just making a fool of himself everywhere. The army guys should take over these briefings

Nothing, not one thing, one link, I have provided comes from any whatsapp groups. I don't even use Whatsapp.

I would encourage you to prove that whatever I've posted is wrong, at any level. Please go ahead.

Reports of some air strikes in Amritsar are coming. Can anyone confirm?

You want me to prove that Bangladesh dislike India because of religion?

groomer gang
Majority of the British pakistani groomers in England are actually from Azad Kashmir, from places like Dadyal, Mirpur and Kotli.
Are u admitting Kashmir belongs to Pakistan?

Second point is we seen the newly arrived BJP students in Leicester, they thought they'd have the same Hindutva effect here. They've been quiet since getting a good beating there by Birmingham Pakistanis

You want me to prove that Bangladesh dislike India because of religion?
That was conjecture on my part. But I might not be too far off.

Please also prove whatever India has done to Bangladesh is far worse than what Pakistan did to the country before its independence.

You want me to prove that Bangladesh dislike India because of religion?

Correct.

If it was related to religion, how come Bangladeshis have no beef with Nepalese and Sri Lankans? Nepal is a Hindu-majority country and Sri Lanka also have many Hindus. I don't think I have ever trolled a Sri Lankan or a Nepalese just like I have never trolled BhaagBhiruBhaag who is also a Hindu.

All the trollings have to do with obnoxious behaviors of bhakts and BJP. :inti

So you were on friendly terms with Indians before 2010?

1. Reports are coming in that Pakistan has crossed the Line of Control (LoC).

2. There’s been an attack in Amritsar hoping our Sikh brothers are safe and unharmed.

#1 is fantastic news.

This is an opportunity for Pakistan to annex IOK and end this conflict once and for all. :dav

Pakistan has crossed the LoC where exactly?

I am also hearing about some drones being seen by people in Amritsar.

Reports of attacks in Jalandhar.

Attacks on Indian occupied Punjab make me sad. My family has a lot of history there and its a shame this beautiful land is being held responsible for the acts of the Gujaratis and other extremists in charge of India.

So Pakistan is attacking Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ferozpur, crossing LOC as well, attacking poonch. All at ones.

What next ? Include some cities of Gujarat too while you're at it.

Wow never knew Pakistan is mightier than even USA.

You know what’s truly disheartening about this entire situation? When the Phalgham attack happened, Pakistanis, across the board, condemned it without conditions, without excuses. But when civilians, including a child, were killed on Pakistani soil, the response from many Indians wasn’t grief, it was celebration.

Time and again, this pattern repeats. And it reveals something deeper than politics, it exposes a collective mindset. This current generation in India, shaped by over a decade of hyper nationalist rhetoric, may well be one of the most deeply radicalized in recent memory. Not by war, but by the normalization of dehumanization.

This is funnier than 1/2/3/5/6 jets downing theory

@Tera Gawaandi
You gonna condemn this?
Well India is known for false flag attacks to rile up Sikhs, and fake Twitter accounts pretending to be a Sikh. Same happened in year 2000 Chittisinghpura massacre. Facist Modi is following LK Advani's footsteps. Seems like RSS will pay hefty price this time.

Yes. Noticed it.

An entire generation got messed up in the heads due to BJP/RSS brainwashings. It is sad because it may get their country in big troubles like it is happening today.

This is some of you acting naive in the face of war.

Pehelgam was a terrorist incident. They picked people. Segregated them on the basis of religion and specifically killed Hindus.

What’s happening now is two countries at war hitting strategic targets. It’s not the same. You’re also killing kids in Poonch as we speak. We’re not crying about it in the middle of a war. Time for all this condemnation and stuff is over. We are at war and you will keep seeing this from both sides now.

Unconfirmed - just getting the news it was India firing SAMs from Amritsar, probably to intercept some Pak jets.
