Pakistan Armed Forces : Worthy of deepest respect - Honour of the Nation

Have to say ISPR has really upped their cinematography game :murali. This must be directed by Jami. Only he is capable of such camera work in Pakistan.

worth of deep respect:)))...............

The army can't proctect its own people, while they want to rule in Pak..... They can't even provide safety even to there retired ones, who are living right next to an oil refinary(askari 14)

No respect for the armed forces who transformed the security situation in the last decade. Very disappointing

Don't you think that Major ?

Pound for Pound Pak army is one of the worlds best no doubt. Their efforts fighting proxy terrorists in a country with little law and order which has borders with two enemy nations is impressive to say the least.
@Mamoon how times change

This corrupt institution’s leadership is the sole reason for Pakistan’s destruction. It needs to go back to barracks and do the job they are paid to do.

He isn’t the only one, but then again, @KingKhanWC’s opinion has never carried any weight because he doesn’t live in Pakistan and is clueless about domestic affairs.

The problem isn't those who live outside of Pakistan, it is the ones who actually live there don't seem to have any direction. The only field they seem to excel in is complaint. Govt is bad, leaders are bad, maulvis are bad etc. Those who live outside just take their cues from you guys.

Army redeemed itself after its domestic interventions with the dismantling of india.

You can see India's stature post bunyan-e-marsos and after. It has been sidelined regionally and globally, Modi's anti-Pakistan policies were laid bare and exposed by the Pakistan army in front of the world.

Now, while India licks its own wounds, fights the deportation of its people, cancellation of its contracts and destruction of its narrative, Pakistan's army is ready to assume the responsibility of the defence of the region.

You have to give credit to the forces and special credit to the airforce.

It was a masterstroke by our military strategists

They now have a pact with saudi arabia have been given the guarantee as guardians of the 2 mosques

Have sidelined india

And got the orange loon to threaten the mortal treacherous enemy that is the namak haramis next door who now have to give up bagram airbase or getting smashed by usa again .

Hopefully this time our border remains sealed and we let usa finish this pashtun afghan nazism since they have broken the doha accord when they clearly signed off they won't threaten neighbours and host terrorists entities within their borders

It is often said that the Pakistan military is the only part of Pakistan that functions at a high level. I think whatever gripes you may have with it on individual level, as an institution this is probably true.

Should it be in charge of civil matters? That is another question. I don't mind, my only objection is that this should be transparent. If we are going to have miltary appointed govts, then just make that clear, scrap the elections and just put the best man in place.

Completely agree with your final paragraph. They shouldn't be in charge of civil matters ideally. But it's the unfortunate reality of Pakistan that they are.

Let's be honest do the people of Pakistan really care to the same level of Bangladesh or Nepal? The answer is probably not.

If we remove the middle layer of corrupt politicians that the army props up to try and build legitimacy and they come out into the open, it's a better situation than the fake democracy.
