What's new

Pakistan bowled out for 294, stretch match into Day 4, set South Africa target of 41 to win 2nd Test

Ollivier would seriously have been taken apart by any half decent batting line-up. He doesn't have much in-terms of variations, except banging the ball in short at good pace. I don't see a long career for this lad, but let's see.

Asad shafiq looks set for a classic shafiq innings, when little chance to win he will score

We all know he is a great strokemaker, but Asad needs to grind out a big score here.

Is it only me who think Saffers give Raba more rest between the spells and then he comes on and bowl ful throttle and take wickets.

Like this intent by Asad going for it Fakhar should look to do this when he comes out too.

Olivier and his short ball tactic is similar to the villain in Rocky 4

"If he dies, he dies"

Pitch the ball up to Asad

What's with the bowlers bowling barrages of bouncers to him.

Glad we got the two tailenders out of the way early. Now the real batsmen can maximize their time at the crease.

Pathetic Azhar Ali.... you have to be really bad if even Sarf is outscoring you in the series despite getting TWO DUCKSSS...

Azhar after 4 innings, 48 runs. Sarf after 3 innings 56 runs.

And this tailender is supposed to be the rock that holds every thing together??? Garbage gully mohallah player.

Looks like Shafiq will torment us another 3-4 years with this innings

Philander should be penalised for not appealing . He does it intentionally just to make it look like an easy decision in his favor

Lol I remember India being right in the game in all 3 tests. W have been pathetic by comparison
Mate your team was 100/1 in the 3rd innings, unfortunately lost 9 wickets for 90 runs. Had us reeling at 16/2, on another day Elgar gets given out that's 16/3.

Now having the opposition 3 down for next to nothing in South Africa in the first innings is nothing new. That's not winning, teams have posted 300+ from similar position. Pakistan being one. No one is saying India didn't bowl well they did. It's the batsmen who were simply good enough.

These are their first four innings at the fall of the seventh wicket. 92/7, 82/7, 270/7, 87/7. How on earth is that competitive? Middle order virtually gone in three innings.

Shan Masood seems to have become becalmed - he’s just stopped scoring!

I think Amir and Shaheen need to learn from Philander here. The guy stuck to his length and angle for 40 odd balls before changing it, now he looks a threat from around the wicket. These two boys go around the wicket after 2 overs!

First time tuning into the series :srt

We got this lads, afreeka ki dafnay bichani hain
