Isn't Shaddy the VC now in limited over although ISLU also deserves credit for Shaddy? Fakhar and Hassan were both picked up by Mickey and continued to work with them. Hassan went on to be the player of the year but lacks the brain to become a better player. He let the short term success get to him head and a coach cannot do anything about a mentally weak player. Who selected these players? Inzi or Mickey? Also those cases you mentioned are completely different. Shadab Khan is a good player whose gotten exposed against good teams he averages 38 with the ball in ODI's against the top 5 teams. Also Islamabad selecting Shadab as there emerging player and playing him in the PSL is completely different to the PCB's nurturing and developing of Babar. Islamabad United does not run Pakistan Cricket. PCB is the board the runs Pakistan Cricket incase you forgot and even when Waqar who you mentioned was a bad coach Babar was getting opportunities at the top of the order. Anyway man I've already said what I need to about this and you can't prove that Babar would have flopped without Mickey simply because Misbah didn't play him in the first edition of the PSL, which really doesn't have any correlation to Babar's spot in the national team but think what you want man.

Fakhar is finished!!! This guy was never good to start with and badly exposed from last 2 years

He was given enough chances.It is clear he is not up to international standards.Pakistan need to find a technically correct hard hitting batsman who can give them a good start in 8 out of 10 games.The openers need to score above 50 in the first 6 overs of every game to set up a platform.
