the biggest issue i have with conflict with afghanistan is that there is never any material objectives. history has shown that afghanistan will exploit their non recognition of the durrand line whenever pakistan is weak, so what is the solution?

Pakistan can kill 100 inocent people's by bombing but in return Pakistan will lose more people's both inside Pakistan and along with Durand border.

Taliban ko fark ni padta unke kuch log mar gye to .unse 10 guna or joined kar lenge. ...

Pakistan establishment has bring the war inside Pakistan now ..

I'm 100% sure in next week's there will be suicide bombing inside Pakistan including Punjab.

Only talk and negotiation can solved this problem.

I do not understand the soft spot some Pakistanis have for Afghans. Even Inds I have met in the West have been far more friendly towards Pak/me than Afgs. We have hosted millions of these traitors and this is what we get in return? Enough of the brotherhood. Our empathy should not be mistaken for weakness.

Weird. It seems to me there some parallels here. I can’t quite put my finger on it. A south asian country has problems with borders drawn up the Brits and don’t want to accept documented accession.

lot of people in KPK are afghan origin and their is a big support in that region for a certain party due to Pashtun connections
these Pakistani's don't want to upset that support by attacking afghan terrorists

Agreed. The Afghans resistance against invasion has been rightly praised, but when they launch terror attacks against a Muslim country, they should be condemned. Pakistan may be led by sell outs but that is still no excuse to turn your guns on a country which has always offered support.

Who is going to capture Paksitan...guirella warfare is to destabilize the state reduce foreign invesrmenr , make people live in terror, and the state does not know how to stop and fight these guys ..looks like bla and ttp are doing the same now and pak is responding by bombing a third country.. go figure that out

National Action Plan was made by a political party. National action plan being revoked happened due to a political party. National action plan not being in place is causing terrorism in Pakistan. Terrorism in Pakistan is happening directly due to Afghanistan.

How can political parties not be discussed? This is directly related to political parties sabotaging the National Action Plan that gave pakistanis like me protection

My point is, NAP was going to be introduced through the parliament, not through GHQ. GHQ's job was to only follow and implement the NAP. Once NAP was abolished due to change in foreign relations and not renewing the NAP, millitary cant do anything or be held responsible.

The parliament was required to renew NAP. NAP was directly destroyed due to the foreign policy adopted.

People here bash the millitary alot, but often forget national assembly and senate is still in the hands of civil govt, and its the civil govt that hold powers. If parliament gets abolished and martial law is implaced, than millitary becomes directly responsible.
