fawad and babar just getting a little sloppy here. refocus and nothing stupid, both need to get 100s here.
Nauman is actually more reliable.batsman than Nawaz. As I tune in, I see that common sense has not prevailed.
The decision to send Nawaz back has been costly. He could have slotted in ahead of Nauman to provide us with a more reliable layer of batting given the top order struggles.
I'd expect us to barely win, or lose by a small margin.
Is a batsman allowed to retire? If yes, is he allowed to come back and bat for reasons like cramps?
Yes he is allowed to do so.
Thank you! In that case it makes sense to retire I guess ?
cant afford to lose a wicket here, babar needs to tighten up and rizwan needs to get a good score rather then just a quick fire 20.
Bring back Shahid Afridi for the WT20
Yea wrong thread mate lol
Babar Azam is the most soft test batsman I have watched. When was the last time he played a game changing innings ? NEVER

Babar's been playing test cricket for 4 years now. He still hasn't taken that big stride to go from good to great. He works hard but runs out of steam after 200 deliveries. Guys like Younis, Clarke, Amla etc would cash on such starts and make daddy hundreds.
He's going the Ian Bell route in tests. Easy on the eyes but never getting the job done or fulfilling his potential.
I don't think so...SENA and Indian bowling attack would demolish our pathetic batting lineup 9 out of 10 times.
Do our test batters even wanna play test cricket?

Thats why you need at least 1 spinner in test XI...WI might be in for a 2 points penalty due to slow over rate. There are 25 overs remaining in the day, even getting half of that from here would be some effort.
He’s been pretty decent this series he’s leaving a lot more balls outside off which is good to see. Though I agree it’s about time he starts scoring big. Though this series he’s got out to pretty good balls rather then chasing them which he usually does.
Nahi bhai we shouldn’t set our expectations low. A batsmen of his calibre, he should have at least scored a 100 here.Tiredness bhai, let the boy off. He did great today
Exactly.. He almost removes his iconic cover drive in test..

Not only do our players have no talent, they are mentally weak and are not athletes to begin with.
It is embarrassing to watch Fawad gassing out after 2 sessions in the middle. It is hot but they are not playing in Hell; there is no excuse for a professional batsman to run out of steam in two sessions and 150 odd deliveries.
Absolutely embarrassing.
The less said about our mentally weak captain the better. He has the heart of a sparrow and the personality of a cardboard.
Should have scored 150+ here.

Damn such high expectations from a Pakistani batsman woof is this really you. Still doesn’t change the fact his counterpart hasn’t scored a century since 2 years. He can’t be doing it everytime alone and fawad is almost 40 years old.
Why only 150... Should be 300+ )
I think you are talking about a average test player who is at number 8 in test ranking(batsman) ...150 would be sufficient for an average Test player like Babar who only has 1 Test century outside Asia.
