even if it is turned off... still not acceptable in my view. commentary has an effect in umpires mind. all the things being said and all the action, can influence the mind.

you can see it in the match thread too, where people will unwittingly just parrot what commentators are saying even though it might not be the reality.

umpire should just concentrate on game, why do they need to be distracted with commentary from biased people?

Yeah agree especially when an appeal is made and commentators usually express spontaneously 'whoa that looked out to me' which could influence the 3rd umpire's thinking.
