Asking is 7 for last 35 overs, which is near impossible against modern fielding & video reply in run outs. In 80s, early 90s, while chasing, I have seen batsmen get away with even 10 CM call for run-outs - now days, many matches are decided/turned with a 1CM RO.

With this tail, I am sure PAK can play out 50 overs - only difference here might be that PAK running out of may be just about 24 or even 18 balls.

Pakistan is on No 8 in ODI's and it should not be surprising to anyone as to why this side is at that position.

A team that can not chase anything over 250+ most of times against most oppositions is bound to be this poor against any kind of bowling.

Imagine what the scoreline would have been looking like if it was Broad and Anderson bowling.

The fact with Azhar is that he cant play catch up 99 percent of the time. If he doesnt get off to a flyer he will always struggle.

Has no big shots at all.

Doing it vs Bangla and Zim is one thing, doing it against quality sides is another (this is not their first choice attack by the way).

Add to that his strike rotation abilities dont help either.
