Pakistan are just average players of spin period. You're lucky you don't have to face Ajmal.

Actually Pakistan play quality spin very well.

They are very poor players of average spin. I would guess, given how far behind they are in terms of professionalism, that they only put time into figuring out how to play top spinners.

I know PPers are passionate but some of the posts are a more than a bit OTT, first test was a great win but England are the best side in the world and they arent just going to lay down and lose. They were always going to come back hard and I think they will take this game now.

Who exactly are these top spinners? Graeme Swann has been one of the best around for a while, he averaged 12 against them last time in England, they have improved against him this time, but he's still taking wickets.

Other than Ajmal & Swann, what truly world class spinners are around at the moment? Shakib maybe?
