Gul's harmless length bowling won't do much though, I don't know why he listens to anybody when they tell him to pitch it up.
 
England are 221 runs ahead - much to the despair of all the pakistani supporters!
 
We've done pretty well all morning, plugging away in the right areas. Just need a little bit of luck - maybe an inside edge, or a remarkable catch - and the wickets will come.

And we also need Kaneria to screw his head on the right way today, he's going to be important.
 
we need to break this partnership now, Danish has to really bowl with some control...KP and Trott have done the hard work, will be looking to move along now.

This wickets seems have nothing for the spinners, and with Kaneria bowling, it will only reduce the pressure for the batsmen.

I hope i am proven wrong though..

so far they haven't, but it's about time the spinners start to get something, pitch had cracks on it since day 1.

also the older ball doesn't seem to be doing anything, Gul is not getting anything out there.
 
Need wickets and lots of them in this session..

Gul is just usless, cant swing the ball even on these conditions. Give Amin a chance, im sure he will do better.
 
Gul does not look as though he is going to pick up a wicket for some reason..
 
Seems to be getting brighter... batsmen are beginning to hit boundaries
 
Trott and KP looking extremely dangerous. The match is fast going out of hands.

For this to happen ,Kaneria has to come to the party.You just can't rely on seamers to pick up the twenty wickets all the time..He has to realise that hes the senior most bowler in the lineup and is there to pick up wickets..He is capable but depends upon what sort of mood he is in!
Come on Danish,we desperately need you to fire with the ball this time around..

The way its going for Amin, he has a better chance to become a bowler than an actual batsman. Let Gul do the batting :gul
 
What happened to Akmal there? Looks like a ******* ran inside his gloves.
 
We can keep Gul in for his batting skills at number 7, who can chip in with some overs

Get a another fast bowler in the team
 
Should Salman give the ball to Umar Amin ? he might do a Watson..
 
Just checked the scores on Cricinfo as havent switched the tele on to see the game...so after the lunch break each over has provided a 4 in it for England....Some intentions are being shown here by these 2 now!

That was a great catch by Akmal - hes making some amends in the 2nd innings.
