How easy is India making this.

You have to wonder how Pakistan gave their wickets away.

This is a belter of a pitch.
 
we make ourselves look so pathetic even though we have so much talent and potential
 
Excellent inning by Rohit, no slog what so ever. This is called batting.

Our bowling is JUST Pathetic
 
ok i think its looks to be over here..

mine as well hand someone else the ball
 
there is no venom in this team esp in terms of fielding...yet your best fielder sits on the bench

i think my club team has better / quicker fielders in the inner circle than Pakistan

Its all about quality at the end of the day

The quality of Sehwag, Tendulkar, Rohit Sharma, Yuvraj, Gambhir, Raina, Pathan brothers, Dhoni, Sharma >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The quality of Butt, Shehzad, Misbah, Y Khan, Afridi, Tanvir, Rao e.t.c.

The only players we have right now who can at best reduce or minimize the gap as much as possible are

An in form Afridi, A fit, rhythm Akhtar, Asif, Gul, Razzaq, Rana, Yousaf, Nazir e.t.c.

Playing youngsters for the sake of it at the expense of experienced match winning players is just rubbish and superficial. Everything is in front of you. No team starts from scratch just like that, its not going to happen for Pakistan because our younger lot is just not good enough to make it happen.

We have to trust our senior players and groom 2-3 youngsters maximum in both the test and ODI team.
 
Although its a warm up. Pakistan will be feeling like shiite. They have been hammered in both games. Definetly not a confidence boost.

I dont think Akram's statement helped matters. He over rated this Pakistani team. The team selection was flawed to begin with. In fact i dont know what preparations Inti is talking about because i dont think the Pakistani team is well prepared at all for this tournament. We still dont know which bowlers to use when and which batsmen to use when.

Some factors like the IPL were out of the PCB's control and lets be honest, the RBS T-20 tournament is no substitute for the IPL. But what the PCB should have done was to have done everything possible to accomodate the likes of Razzaq, Rana, Nazir in this T-20 team. Add those 3 in our team and it makes a huge difference to the squad altogether.
 
Even Bangladesh have a better line up in terms of batting then this Pakistani team.
 
in first 6 overs of both games...Pakistan bowling attack has taken 000000000000000000000000000000000 tickets - what a joke

Fawad yes, i want him to be given his chances now. But he alone cannot lift the fortunes of this side, the senior players now that we will get enough cricket have to unite and lift the fortunes of this team.

It will take time and most importantly we as fans need to accept the status and standing of the Pakistani team for what it is. And that is comfortably below India, South Africa, Australia, Sri Lanka.

At the moment i can only comfortably bet our team beating the likes of NZ, WI, and the minnows easily.
 
True Savak.

Pakistan/Inti/Younus look clueless. They talk the talk but can't back it up.

I think we need Saj and the boys to find out from their contacts why Fawad doesn't get a game when it's clear he is their best 20-20 player. A good fielder and has been a consistent perfomer for the last 3 years in domestic cricket.

Despite Pakistan getting their ass whooped, I just love watching Rohit bat and that makes me a little less pissed
 
This is just shameful. Most of the Pakistan players look like this is the first time they have ever seen a cricket ball. Play at this level=defeat to holland.
 
Pak can still win this wc , they will have to make sure they beat Eng & then its easy to semis !

This is not good at all - and to those fans who say 'its only a warm up', Yes it is but it means trying out all your players. Working to plans etc and Pakistan have not done this.
 
People need to chill out.
It's just a game.

Dang, it's even just a warm-up match at that too.
 
Aamer deserves this wicket and deserves to play every game in the world cup.
 
Game Set Match.....regardless of it being a warm-up match, we are still pretty bad.....so much for having seniors in the side....stupid mgmt with stupid strategies.
 
On the basis that both Pakistan and England will beat the Netherlands, Pakistan have 2 more 'warm up' games to get things right before the real action starts, i.e. the Super 8 Group stage.

(Pakistan can treat the game v England almost as a warm up, as long as, as I mention above, they both beat The Netherlands).

Gul is prepared to let India win this match by giving away extra's.
 
Guys. I think we can learn from it. While India can relax and enjoy England summer, we can actually go home and work on our weaknesses and come out on top in next games. I am terribly impressed by M Aamir. He is next Wasim Akram. He is faster than any bowler in this match
 
Aamer's bowling has been one of the only few positives but i am sure Gul can bounce back.
 
Wow. How poor are Pakistan. Yes its a warm up. It doesn't mean you get thumped in both games. Little positives i.e. Aamer and thats about it.

I may be wrong but has Aqib Javed tried to change Gul. Like I said I may be wrong.
