Sarfraz is not is good form and he never was the best of ODI bats. His List A record is also poor, I think.

With Malik back and taking the no.5 position (which would have been the best one for Sarfraz); the only two places left for him are the opener and no.6/7. I would go with the later if you have to play him.

Sarfraz is at his best when used as a counter attacking option. So use him as one, like in the tests or drop him. He did well down the order in the ODIs vs NZ, if I recall correctly.

Dont think he will work at four. Rizwan is the one who should be batting at 4.

Sarfraz should open with Azhar Ali, at least he will give us some quick runs.

Its a warm up game. He bowled 2 overs only. He plays as an allrounder. Yes our pace bowling can improve but wahab, irfan, rahat, anwar etc are good enough to compete.

Why I be bothered with Indian pace attack (or lack of it). Anwar ali giving runs over 5.5 rpo in his 4th over now against NEPAL is beyond any class even for an all-rounder.

It is really depressing to see how PCB market their players compared to other cricket boards around the world.

Just check ECB twitter handle (or cricket Australia)and how well they cover the matches,how well they hype their players and how good their marketing department is.

On the other hand when you check PCB twitter handle you won't find anything other than SK press conferences and you will assume that their is nothing going on.No match nothing and also irony(not really but frustrating thing)is that even they don't announce team for ODIs or T20s or Tests but rather they wait for media persons to break it.

This is really frustrating as a fan.

They need to be more active on twitter and on other means because this is how the cricket works these days.This is not 1947.
