High full toss, Umpires call on both impact, and stumps and looked too high to naked eye..

I would call that a stupid review

If it was an inch or so lower it would have been out, if umpire had gave the original decision out than it would have been out hardly a stupid review.

If its umpire call than its not stupid review, coz its inches and you go with what you see, few cm down and that was out. So in the end it wasn't bad review :P

Calling it stupid is just emotional; millimeters were in it, a misjudgment rather than a stupid review. A stupid review would be Ajmal's when batting.

I dont see how umpire will give batsman out on high full toss by a 7 foot bowler

Not emotional at all, Spinners need reviews, it was too marginal to go for a review

Our seamers needs to show a little more discapline here and not watse the new ball!

All reviews are marginal. It was clipping and was worth a review, the fact that you infer you want to keep the reviews for spinners shows the emotional aspect.

guys what abt Irfan's warning - was it an official warning for running on teh pitch?

Who said all reviews are marginal?? You dont get a batsman LBW unless there are three reds (If umpire has given Not out) ??

I think it's other way around, going for a marginal review on 1st ball of the innings is emotional

Marginal in the broader context, three reds are established by extremely small margins of error, i.e. half a ball width or a few mm outside the line. In this case there were two ambers (marginals) and the decision was cancelled, yet you think it was 'stupid' to ask the question when the ball tracker showed how close it was.
