Loved his century against Australia too in the Sandpapergate series. Though it came in a losing causeMarkram has already played two of the greatest innings in his career in this year. One against India in a losing cause. But that was probably one of the best 100 of the year. He literally stands between Pakistan and win
such pretty ladiesweather day 4 ? 19/3
Yeah this one looked plumb in real timeHorrible Umpiring
got wrong both
I have maintained since day 1 that 150 chase in 4th innings wont be easy! This is exactly Pakistan team mentality in tests.
In their minds they only ever targeted 150 runs. They can't think beyond it.
They are stuck on the crease. They could very well stand outside the crease to negate the movement. Otherwise they will be sitting ducks agianst this channel.SA chocking. Very poor team they have become.
Great bowling by Pak pacers. The only major hurdle that Pak has now is Markram. He is the only batsman of any worth on that team. The rest are just jokers with the bat.
Abbas is now performing how he has done consistently for Hampshire.
Get it in the right areas and there is plenty on offer in this wicket.
Pak pacers are making the new ball talk. Even if there is assistance, bowlers have to have talent to make use if it.There is prodigious seam movement on the offer.
Apparently the coach Shukri Conrad is not a fan of the nightwatchmanSouth Africa in deep trouble. Send Rabada in as nightwatchman
Bavuma is overrated. He plays brainless shots to get out.SA's most technically proficient batters at the crease.
Exactly what I was thinking — first innings let down with some really poor shotsImagine if we had 50 more
Bavuma is overrated. He plays brainless shots to get out.
Markram though inconsistent, he is their best batter in that current lineup.
Freaking Markram
Yeah poor over thatKhurram losing the plot here
Not blind, it is something called biasedThat was out from naked eye... Umpire is blind or something
Apparently the coach Shukri Conrad is not a fan of the nightwatchman
Couple more overs and Bavuma would've been gone. Lucky SA.bad light saving SA here?
The risk is they can pump a couple of sixes and bring the target downShould have tried to bowl one over of Saim/Salman. They were clearly rattled (Markram complaining about light a few overs ago, crowd going silent etc.) and would just have tried to see them off.
Missed opportunity to keep them under the pump.
Yeah I the mindset. But maybe Stubbs would still be at the crease had they sent in RabadaInteresting. Looks like SA were happy to back their specialists. Then again, they have a lineup that can bat until #9 so they shouldn't be too worried.
