Such a lucky wicket. Smh
This is by far the most dominating performance from Pakistan that I've seen in a long long time. Fascinating! Now haters, do you want to remove Azhar from captaincy?
It is not Azhar’s captaincy.
This is the typical “Misbah grind.”
Who cares bro better for us we get to sleep well I will the sooner it finishes
Both dickwella and Fernando will get centuries here.
Markhor brother, spot on. I think it will become easier for our fans now to understand why Mickey Arthur was tactically a dud.Had forgotten what it felt like to be in control of a Test match. This is great to watch.
easy win on cards
plenty of time is there
Why dont we drop out of form players and get players who are in form
Ur funny
Yasir needs to ball good deliveries. At the moment he is balling pretty ordinary deliveries, that wicket he has taken and catch which was dropped were nothing special too.

I think Pakistan benefited from winning the toss. The pitch is ideal for a team batting third to bat the opposition out of the game.
Sri Lanka are now clearly struggling because of the scoreboard pressure.
Pakistan would have been in an almost identical situation had Sri Lanka batted first. However, the Pakistani batsmen deserve some credit for really driving home the advantage in the second innings.
if he could really bowl them he would not be passing those smiles like it's a charity match after each time he was hit for a four
Yasir needs to be dropped, but then you have people suggesting that he should be replaced with that overrated clown Shadab. Complete nonsense.
Now you're just taking the ****
Ideally he should be replaced by Zafar Gohar.
Such a talented legspinner he is.

It’s the truth. This Test is basically a one innings showdown and Pakistan started their second innings with no scoreboard pressure whatsoever.
It was like batting first on a dead pitch against a poor bowling lineup.
Pakistan also has a poor bowling lineup but Sri Lankan batsmen have to cope with scoreboard pressure.
He is not a leg-spinner.
What do you mean no scoreboard pressure??
We were trailing by 80 runs FGS
Also, there's no point talking about this. Aren't you the one who says that ifs and buts don't matter??
I think on pitches favouring seamers more than spinners, Pak doesnt exactly need a leggy rather someone who can ball with control.

I also somehow feel this match is eerily similar to 2006 Karachi test against India. Faisal Iqbal of all scored a century then

The decline of Angelo Mathews is quite disappointing not only for Sri Lanka but cricket in general.
He was one of the elite players in the world until 2014, but injuries and the retirements of Sangakkara, Jayawardene and Dilshan have completely halted his career.
Could have been a great of the game and not just a Sri Lankan legend. Pity.
Mamoon Sri Lanka winning this one ?
It is neither Alis captaincy nor Misbahs grind.
The batsmen scored exquisitely well and that is the opposite of a grind, all the while, Ali's field settings have been pretty run of the mill even though he can go searching for runs. Much like Sarfraz before him, he has now idea how to captain a league either.
This win, on home soil in favourable conditions should not paper over the cracks.
I think Pakistan will be playing Bangladesh and England next and they need to build a strong opening base and still wonder if Ali and Shafiq are needed...then there is the selection of Shadab and Hasan to be discussed. Lots more questions than answers.
Haris>>>Yasir

Brainless shot. Had Pakistan on the ropes.
