I always thought it must be disheartening for the opposition when "Dil Dil Pakistan" is played in the background:))

yes his captaincy is very poor. commentators are saying he 'given up hope, or risking chasing over 300' and 'he playing with fire'

I like the way Manzoor is fielding at the boundaries though, he has dived second time and saved 2 boundaries....it's the effort thats commendable!
 
Since the start of the game malik has been defencive even when Pakistan were ontop at one point. His captaincy makes the game even more boring to watch

Right, but what's the point of giving away easy singles and already being at 250 after 42nd over and then bringing on the pacers...it's too late for them to do much at that point...

I'm telling you, they wont get more than 300.
I see your point though, I guess he thinks they can chase 290.
 
To be fair, there was a deflection so that was very difficult.

I don't blame him for that one.
 
Looking at it again, yeah. Deflection was pretty bad. Sorry about earlier mods, was very angry.

Catches going down, stumpings missed, balls landing in no man's land repeatedly. We drop a pacer and one of our in-form ones goes for 25 runs in an over.

It happens in cricket sometimes, it's how we fight back from it which will define us as a team. I expect a win.

and Akhtar is a specialist fast bowler....while Malik, these days, is a specialist batsman rather than an all rounder.

But thats what a captain is supposed. he is to get the best outta his players. he has to support them. If rao wasnt doing good early on, that doesnt mean he shuld never be given another chance.

exactly my thoughts... except kamran akmal. he kills us in the field.

Keepers keep a team alive, i have no words for him. he should just quietly step down

I genuinely feel sorry for Malik. If he brings Rao on now, he'll get abused. If he doesn't bring him on, he gets criticized.

I guess he should go home and sob. In a corner. With a deep gash on his knee.
