not out on the 3rd umpire decision... but great effort by Afridi in the field...

Rao not his usual self so far, little bit of width.

Hey guys, just in!

How are we bowling? Looks superb from their dismal runrate, but how has it been?

So when we were playing on flat tracks in Karachi we had 4 pacers and 2 spinners, and now when we are on a good pacer friendly wicket we went with 3 pacers and 3 spinners!!

Sohail Khan has been superb.

We are geniuses :) We want to challenge ourselves to the best of our ability :))

The luck is on the lankans side at the moment, either the ball is landing in no-mans land or the pakistani butterfinger fielders drop the cathces (tough chances though)

This is ridiculous. The 3rd catch to fall into no mans land.

They are playing Dizzy Rascal on the tannoy. Wow Lahore has been playing music like Sydney or Lords.

lmaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaoooooooooooooooooooo at Chisty :))) He's such a monotonous being. :inzi

Despite the slashes in the last few overs, they assessed the conditions immediately and played slowly in the beginning.

We need a wicket or we have not done any damage at all. They saw off good bowling.

Gul - right on target - Chishti speaking - what a pleasure to hear his voice after SOOOO many years for me - brings back old memories - tears... :31:

Gul at 141.6kph

I've always maintained that he's a potential 147kph demon, if he sets his mind to it.

Good thing he doesnt just go for pace but maintains control over he ball as well.

wth i thought the speed gun was broken? why were we deprived of sohail khan's speeds?

Wickets will come.

Sri Lanka have been ridiculously lucky. Whenever Afridi mistimes or skies the ball, he always finds the damn fielder. Jayasuria and Dilshan are just finding no-man's land.

I have a good feeling about the perennially daft boarse today. Yes, boarse. A boar and a horse.

play and miss by Dilshan 51/0 in 14 - drinks now

I am getting the feeling that lankans will have a go at the spinners, especially the new lad

He's bowled well today, but he has a lot of work to do... when it comes to bowling with the new-ball. He's usually too short. He can use his newly discovered pace, pitch the ball up, and find swing.

His old-ball bowling, of course, is superb.
