it was hafeez's first match so he might not be used to the conditions ...but for me hafeez gives an extra bowling option & is an amaizng fielder too...while salman is struggling with both form & his fielding...so i would give hafeez a chance

If there was only time for 62 overs when why didn't they make it 31 overs per side? Which genius came up with the idea of giving them 40 overs and us only 22?

Just got back from Shenley. Saw all the players, met them, got loads of pics and autographs, EVEN WAQAR YOUNIS gave me an autograph. Great day out. Shoiab bowled well in the begining, but was expensive overall, don't think he's match fit, and he knew it, becoz he looked really annoyed at the end. Doubt he'll play at the Oval, and i doubt he'll be around in six years time when Pakistan come next time, so that means at the end of his career he wud have only played 1 Test Match in England, thats the disastorous match at Lords, when we lost by an innings in 2001.

Anyone else go?

Time ran out, they wanted to finish around 6.30pm and thats what they did which meant only 22 overs were possible. Plus they're playing 2moro as well, so needed some rest.

The rain didn't help, match was supposed to start at 10.30 but didn't start till 12.30. Plus they had an extra long lunch break, coz of the rain, about hour and a half.

Not a proper stadium, if thats wat u mean, but a nice ground with a good pavillion. We were just sitting next to the boundary. u will be able to get in, trust me, get there early, like 9am.
