Thank you! So funny. :))

Speaking of awkwardness, nothing beats Hafeez forgetting the lineup during the toss of the first T20 vs. India in 2012/2013.

One way to look at YK is like Ponting who was ATG against pace but below average (for elite club) against spin.

YK is same in many ways, he is world best against spin but below average against pace(again for the elite group of rest players).

He is still by no means below average against pace when consider everybody.

:)))

Heard Misbah hit a revere-reverse sweep AGAIN. Any good GIF/Video? :)))

AHAHAH so hilarious, dodged both the keeper and the slip fielder who ran to the opposite side.

Pretty ordinary performance so far. 378 in the first innings and 139/3 in the second innings. Doesn't bode well for us in these conditions.

We will drop like flies overseas if this is our caliber in the UAE.

Stop crying as always

Another fifty on the way but none of England's four pacers have managed to induce a single false shot against the legend, MashAllah.

But of course, no sixes against the pacers so he must be poor.

You fail to comprehend that hitting a six against pacers isn't the benchmark for a batsman to prove his authority over them, sometimes a good solid defense with no scratchiness is enough to inspire confidence something Misbah has been able to transpire so far in his innings.

Actually it's the strength against spin we have right now that's why fans want to see us play a test series against India (while we have Misbah and YK), maybe we can beat them at their home. SS and Modi don't want that kind of embrassement.

Imagine we are closing in in test series win in India, I bet you match will not be completed.

What do you expect? Did you see our top 3? If we start with them away from the uae we will 3 down in no time.

Yonis and Misbah rescuing us too often now..I am sad to say this but we need Shahzad yes him and of course Azhar back in top 3.

Malik is kind of disappointing in last 3 innings and Masood is always a club class player at best.

300 will be a winning total but 400 will give us the opportunity to attack throughout the final innings. Should declare by lunch tomorrow.

It may not "inspire confidence" in you but it does in me. So does Younis Khan's 50+ averages in every single criteria for judging a player's competence against pace bowling.

Hafeez, Shehzad and Masood will be part of the overseas tours as well. Malik will not be at 3 which is a good thing.

Hmmm, can do with a batsman who is as good at batting as Messi is at football.

Thanks TNA , any high res version?

Nope

Zoom your browser pressing Ctrl += sign at the same time , it will have same effect.

Meanwhile, here is the king of PCB cheered up by the cameraman

Half-century for Yoni, good enough not to miss out deliveries down the leg side.

Haris Sohail needs to replace him in the Test team before our overseas tours. We saw the difference in their ability to handle pace in the World Cup.

He is the best bat in the team by far. Why should anyone replace him??

There are four other spots for Haris to take. He can easily replace Misbah. Or come in at at three while Azhar moves to open.

Replace your best bat just because some people think he might not score next year. Amazing logic.

If he fails in Eng you could have a point for the Aus tour. But right now; there is no arugument.

He is not retiring on his own accord before the Australian tour, because he wants a hundred there. If he is retired forcefully after failing in England, he will pull PCB's pants down again.

The management need to sit him with and explain to both Younis and Misbah that now is the right time to ride into the sunset.

Neither of them have anything more to achieve.

Stokes is bowling better than Moeen bhai even though the conditions are far more conductive for the latter.

Stokes is a much better cricketer than Moeen bhai, even though he doesn't have people in other countries praying for his success.

bahahahahahaha Stokes swearing at Misbah like the petulant manchild that he is :)))

The delusion is strong here. Misbah and Younis, seeing how they're currently performing are certainly needed in our test side next year. Getting new players to play in England and Australia will be a silly move and will make sure that we suffer heavy losses this time around as well.

All said and done, we have managed to run away from our problems by playing cricket in the UAE and Asia in the last 2-3 years.

Hence, we need to be more proactive in our thought-process if we are to not embarrass ourselves in England and Australia, just like we did in SA in 2013 after we played three years of Test cricket in our comfort zone.

Bang on, there's no reason for these two to retire yet. Easily a good few years left in them. The PCB won't be giving them a good send off regardless of when they retire anyway, might as well keep playing.

England torn apart here.

Pakistan have ran away with the game.

In Asia real fun of test cricket will be when we can play the proosi.

For now we have just send one guy, he will be handful for you guys in last 2 days of test.

Again, he is the best batsman in team by far.

He is not the problem here.

If he fails in Eng then this discussion can be entertained.

Where were both in SA 2013? Both younger and fitter.

Misbah failed in all three matches and Younis failed in two, but since he's better than Misbah, he cashed in on the slow Cape Town pitch.

Do we want us to get a dose of reality in 2016 after two easy years like we got in 2013? I presume not, so perhaps we need to do something different and proactive this time around.

If he fails in England, you will want him dropped but he won't let that happen. Better to bite the bullet now.

This, we need more of this from you. You sounding optimistic for a while there was very uncharacterisitc.

And he will now??

When there is absolutely no reason for doing so?? When is comfortably better the rest of the team.

Stokes is not Junaid Khan. Of course he will get some shape with the ball.

We did give them a good fight in the second test match.

Our bowlers got injured at the wrong time. We played with newbie rahat and Tanvir 'grunting' ahmed for 1 test match.

One had Irfan. One had Junaid, but none of them played together in a game.

The third game Ehsan Adil got injured after bowling 12 overs.

We only had ajmal to rely on.

I too have noticed that Hawkeye is a stealth member of the club as well, but certainly less obvious than brother Bilal.

Where was anyone? Dale Steyn and co are just too good on bowling friendly tracks and the fact that we were missing Junaid didn't help us at Cape Town.

Younis and Misbah are certainly better equipped than anyone else to deal with England and Australia on their home turf, especially the former who actually averages 50+ and 40+ in those countries.
