Sarfaraz dealt with that very well. Was calm but made clear his dissatisfaction to the umpires.
 
I'm not a fan of Hafeez, but he is bowling with the new action and bowling a lot slower. Taylor is just trying to play mind games...

He chucked one ball in the middle. This guy is chucking whenever he wants to. Should be banned from bowling forever.

Was just about to say the same. Slowed it down and has also cut down the number of googlies- he is actually using his legspinner as his stock ball.
 
Say what you want about Sarfaraz, but this guy fights for his team and will stand up for his players.
 
What a difference Hafeez is making to the team bowling from Asia Cup and some people here dont understand you need a batman who can bowl in Asian Conditions.
 
When Taylor gets out there will be some very big celebrations :))
 
If Hafeez gets banned will definitely be disturbing team combination for the world cup.
 
Don't understand the point of playing imad. Such a rubbish player could have easily played a batsmen instead of him. Kamran ghulam is million times better then him, but unfortunately from being from kpk he doesn't get picked.
 
Look how useless Hafeez has been since Ross incident. It was a courageous act by him even though it could have negative consequences for him but a chucker needs to be punished.

Man, hafeez injured his finger after that incident. if you would remove your bias for a minute you could see it too.

His been cleared by ICC following comprehensive tests. And as an educated person once someone is cleared or passed a certain test then that must be respected. If you have issues with the test procedure than speak about that.
 
Neither should be in the team, but Nawaz genuinely bowled better than Imad.
 
Hassan needs to get his act right as soon as possible otherwise Aamir back in the squad and Fahim with right arm variety he may lose his place.
 
During CT we were the team that picked the most wickets in the period of 20-40 overs, now it seems we are struggling to pick up even one. Partly because Hasan Ali is borderline crappy now.
 
Imad's bowling is supposed to offer control and yet he is the bowler going at the highest economy rate (5.4).
 
Imad "Alrounder" Wasim going at nearly 6rpo in the middle overs and this is against a team that doesn't play spin well.

Why aren't Pakistan learning from the Asia Cup. You need a specialist spinner in the middle overs in the UAE. Imad offers nothing in ODIs.

There no good spinner in Pakistan.
asghar is also same as nawaz .

yasir is out of form ( also not good enough for limited overs)
 
NZ will get 260 plus which is a mountain for our pathetic batting. Absolute garbage team selection. Shadab and Imad aren't good enough spinners for ODI cricket.

It's not like the other options are any better though. Fact is Shadab is Pakistan's best LO spinner.

Huh? Exactly what has Shadab done wrong? Going for 22 in 6 over along with a wicket is more than acceptable.

Looks like another loss is imminent. NZ will score 275+ and our batsmen will not cope with NZ bowlers.
 
Well NZ pacers will most likely rip us apart with the new ball. If they don't we will win.
 
Latham is out batting Taylor comfortably.

I woke up a bit earlier so didn't get the chance to watch him but he has done well in the past too. He's still 19, give him time. Otherwise, Mohsin Khan will start advocating for Afridi's return.
 
Same script as Pakistan's last ODI. 3 early wickets and then 100+ partnership that killed the match. :facepalm:

Got to keep NZ below 250.

Since the start of 2010 in ODIs against the top nine ranked sides in the UAE, Pakistan have lost 11 out of 13 chases where the target was 250+.

We have two wins - one of which came from a once in a lifetime Abdul Razzaq innings.
