Misbah should learn from Kallis about how to build a Test innings. Considering the lack of match practice for Yousuf it was imperative others did well.

Positive batting from Rehman. I likle his approach when bowling & batting.

Anyway there is a lesson to be learned here. Rehman can be played as a specialist batsman in the same way as Faisal Iqbal. Both play spin well but are shyte against pace.
 
well if we can somehow, in some sensational twist in fortunes, bowl SA out for less than 200, we are in with a shout.

he's old , unfit , slow and a generally idiot .

I think these days the only reason shoab will get a wicket is if the batsmen confuse him for the sidescreen ...

Funny...I thought my answer showed exactly the ammount of lack of respect I and most of the cricket world have for shoaib ....If anything I wish he was playing ..so that it could shut you lot up..shaoib would have got his medium pacers smacked all around the park for 3 overs , then got an injury before arguing/fighting with someone....yaaaaaawn...

we've seen it all before...

Any runs from now on are a bonus.....a target of up to 350 is gettable because Yousuf and Younis rarely fail twice in the same match.

They don't seem that very 'medium' pace when he's rolling on to bowl do they? Specially when he gets his 'medium' paced deliveries upto chest height. I'd think you'd remember the gash on Kirsten's cheek would you?

Btw, what pace is good ol' Nelly at..?! Right arm slow..?!

Man it must hurt that one man has the power to turn your team upside down. Same guy who came back after months and ko'ed pollock and wiped out your top order! Even at 32, he has more pace than all your supposed "Fast" bowlers.

Pakistan have had to good surfaces to bat on in this series and have failed to score 300 even once, the batsmen are to blame for this joke of a series performance!

No...he does seem medium pace .Where did you get the idea that he doesn't ?

By the way andre nel is slow...but he's as fast as shoaib is these days.

By the way..why did you bring up gary kirsten ? Did you forget that was shoaib about 10 years ago ?

The honeymoon period for the skipper is over! Secondly pakistan supposidly played to their strengths in this series by preparing flat wickets, when will pakistan learn you cant depend on conditions to just win you games. S.A have given Pak a lesson in basics of game and discapline. simple as that!
 
S.A have a 151 run lead i can see another 400+ target been set here!

I am on for a 500 run lead and for us to be out by tea-time tomorrow so that the players have just have enough time to get back to their villages, town or cities to celebrate EID!!
 
With the pitch turning S.A could be bowled out for 150 ....chins up lads....there's cricket still to be played !

so you predict the saffies will score 350 runs and bowl us out in 4 sessions?

The same saffies who went at 2 runs per over in the first innings? Yeah....there goes a flying pig!


SA will bat very slowly and get about 300 for 6 or 7 declared. Set us 450 to get in 4 sessions. That's my prediction.

But it would be great if we bowled them out for 200 here. And hope is what being a sports fan is all about!
 
But if you lose we all know it was because Shoaib wasn't playing...he would have yorked every south african out for a duck after breaking all their toes...each yorker at at least 170 kmph ....on one or two occasions the ball will be bowled so fast that it will catch fire in the air ...but S.A wont make 0 ...because one ball will go right through akmal when he tries to catch it ....right through his hands..literally...it will slice through his hands like a knife through butter so fast it was....

unlucky for him he will only need 2 overs to bowl south africa..he is so fit he could have bowled for a month without stopping and ever getting injured....and when he batted he definately score a century in record time !!

Shoaib !!! Shoaib !!!
