"Hospitality over the last 2 weeks has been fantastic" - Ian Bishop.

Actually, fair doos to SA - they LOOK as if they have enjoyed themselves. No siege mentality or trash talk of Pak (eg Collingwood et al)

And it shows in their performances...

it was his left hand; but actually it was his right hand because he is a left hander !!!

CLASSIC !!!

he's taking the pishaap.

This should be the quote of the week :)))

2 drop catches, bowled on a no ball, ungodly #'s of wides and no balls ........... we keep this up then there is not a chance in hell to win this one.

Good stuff for Moyo, but we needed at least 20 runs more.

Anyon e got links?

yep ... no complaints yet from the players or the commentators (that I have read). Last tour of England to Pakistan even Botham was going about it and they actually might have gone to Dubai during the gap between Tests and ODIs

Thanks Darkmoon.

We should get one of these two before 100 is hit.

you are welcome and these 2 should have been back in the pavilion but oue players have butter fingers ,dropped 2 already.

Rao would be so effective if Kamran could keep him upto the stumps

Another chance down. Albeit a difficult one. MIsbah this time.

Smith - another life.

:))) :))) :))) :))) :))) Typical of us,..... dropped catches and got wicket off a no-ball. Well done boys :19: !

Mizbi puts down a difficult one - Smith leads a charmed life....and next ball is punished for 4.

77-2 off 15 overs

four dropped catches already (albeit a couple were hard) - we would have SA all out by now if we'd held on!

What happened to all that fuss we had about good fielding and improved fielding before 20/20

SAF batting well at 5+ an over.
Required rate steady at 5.4 an over.

It will be interesting to see how Rehman copes with the set batsmen.

good bowling from Afridi so far. Only 3 from the over.

Stating the obvious here, but we really do need to break this partnership.

i blame the captain for those dropped catches,

you dont put well known rubbish catchers at such vital positions

Please someone shut Zaheer up ,i am starting to pull ma hair ............. help i don't wanna be a bald man by the end of the series.

gone ! Good delivery from Rao.

Poor shot from the average ABD

More of Lahore's finest on display in the crowd.

If we have to win this match we have to get them out. I cannot see that we can contain them. All the batsmen left bat quite fast so no way to contain them

Getting wicket on a no ball.. droppping catches .. openers doing crap.. on a real note we dont deserve to win ..

Our fielding has been nothing but crap..

But, do the South Africans deserve to win who provided us with so many chances??????? :P :20:

Younis KHan shouldn't be marshalling the troops...I think they should have give a chance to Afridi and see his approach

big appeal from Afridi to Kemp, but sliding down leg

They were trying their best to throw their wicket away but it was just a matter of us taking those chances. As simple as that!

But Smith is still there and he can very dangerous for our spinner in particular.......

Well done Iftikhar :19: :14: ! Don´t depend on our fielders but try to get them bowled or LBW.

And well,....... a close shout off Justin Kemp........ Not sure whether that wasn´t out...... :20:

I watched Afridi captain Karachi in a Twenty/20 tournament and was really surprised. He was excellent, really marshalled the troops well.

Rao has bowled really well today so far and with a bit more luck could have had a couple more wickets.

Lahori mal = Lahori goods..... :20: ... Where did you see it???????

:))) :))) :))) :))) :)))

Commentators saying that the wicket is getting lower and slower now - same one that was used a couple of days ago.

rrr now 5.8

Another good over by Ifti. Just 1 run.
18.4 Iftikhar Anjum to Smith, 1 run, another slower ball, Smith feels for it and steers it well wide of Nazir at backward point and picks up one to third man

I've got a feelilng something is going to give here. Smith looks a bit edgy out there.

this could of cost us the match - 0.2 Umar Gul to Smith, 1 no ball, cleaned up - off a NO-BALL! Gul oversteps by a big margin and gets the ball to sneak back between Smith's defenses but it doesnt count! Smith left a gap between bat and pad and the ball came through to hit the stumps ... but it wont count

AB is a good batsmen. he is above "rather average"

AB de Villiers is indeed one of the classiest batsman in the world and probably the best after JH Kallis in terms of classy stroke-play. But he to me is still an average batsman who is horribly inconsistent....... My most after favourite Proteas´ young cricketer (after likes of Graeme Smith) but I can´t deny him being an average, inconsitent batsman. As simple as that!!

Te Saj pai noo maar khilaaa

pakistan should take advantage of kemp batting. make sure he stays on strike as much as possible and get that RRR so high SA have no chance to win!

Rao bowling a very nice and intelligent spell mixing a few off spin in there almost got Kemp

you welcome to your opinion , but the guy is only 23 ....with his potential and natural ability , he ought to be knocking world attacks for centuries for years to come..

With hitting capability of Boucher, Morkel and Pollak I think anyhing around 8/over is still within their reach. Need wkts to win here as I do not see us cramping them enough to raise the rate around 10/ov

WHATTTTT

Smith get his 3rd life. I cannot believe it. Club cricketers are better than this

Good over by Afridi so far.

AND he drops a catch at the end...

Another catch dropped by Afridi off his own bowling after a close LBW shout off the previous delivery :12: :12: . Disregarding the fact when his birthday is he should rather celebrate every year after today.........

And Kemp LBW OUTttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt
