To improve our fielding simply pick players who can field. If they can't don't pick them.

Even guys like Yousuf with their 50 plus averages (which to be honest if Farhat had, then I might forgive the bad fielding), when forced out the team, worked hard on his fielding in order to make a comeback. Farhat's been dropped so many times, plenty of time to work and improve on his fielding, yet it looks like he's never bothered.
