I think the mindset is there to be aggressive and with the amount of criticism the team has had since the Bangladesh series, they realize the need to score 300+ now every game. But I feel more than the mindset, there is a clear lack of batting ability to rotate the strike and hit big. It's one thing knowing what needs to be done but totally another to actually execute it. We just don't have enough skill in our batsmen to execute the aggressive strategy. We would need to find new players and to have a strong competitive ODI and T20 unit the process might take 3-4 years.
