Minority seats are given on the basis of national results. While women seats are divided on the basis of how well a party performs in a certain province.
According to the constitution, there are 10 minority seats. So, if PTI wins 50% of the 272 directly contested seats, they will get 50% of the minority seats, i.e, 5 seats.
On the women seats, they are divided like this (numbers based on 2002 delims):
Punjab - 35
Sindh - 14
KP - 11 (although this number might change with FATA being part of KP now, previously FATA didn't have any reserved women seats like Islamabad)
Baluchistan - 3

So, if PTI wins 40% of Punjab's 141 seats, they will get 14 womens' seats and likewise.
