I hope things get resolved and cleared up quickly. Think of all the residing officers working at these polling stations. They have been awake for almost 24 hours now. Wonder what they are going through.

IK can give no more. The man has done everything he can to wake up Pakistanis. Win or lose it's in Allah's hands now. How far is he now?

This is true, I just talked to some friends working on the ground, and there is a big software glitch. That is one of the reasons things are moving so slowly in Karachi I think.
 
There were people who said that Lahore was big and accepted PTI. And Karachi still wants MQM.

Results today, PML-N majority in Lahore, and PTI getting votes in Karachi.

The difference between educated Awaam of a cultured city... and Lahore
 
Lol what kind of election is this? Its been 8 hrs since polling has been closed and still no result 🙄🤔

A close relative of mine of elder age was assigned as an officer at a polling station.

Finally returned safely home. So glad! Has been almost 24hrs awake. The amount of pressure on them is insane.

Such suspense. It has been a pretty exciting election day all in all. Lets hope that things can get cleared up quickly!
 
its not all rosy for us pti supporters.... pmln and ppp can do a coalition and form govt too, they are combined neck to neck... and it wont take them long to buy independents to join.... so worry my friends... pti needs to go past 136 and beyond...
 
The main anchor on dunya news has been talking about the rigging allegations for over an hour now. Keeps hinting at rigging by stating "more reasons than a system glitch" over and over again. They seem to have a very anti PTI stance.

Not really, PTI gets first dibs at any deals as they got the largest votes.

Don't see that happening at all...If PTI gets 115+ seats, it's going to be very tough for them to form a coalition.

even if it get hacked they still got form45 to verify and candidates know their real results so its not possible to change

Would be really hard to form a majority coalition government.

PTI will get first dibs to form a government..if PTI gets 115+ seats then add PMLQ+Independents+Sheikh Rasheed+and potentially GDA (and PSP if they win anything)...won't be enough seats even if PPP and PMLN form a coalition.

By the way, some elements of media are saying that only PTI aren't complaining of receiving for 45. The vast majority of PTI candidates in Karachi have not received form 45 either, it's not like PTI are being favoured here ....
 
It's a simple problem the returning officer is supposed to upload the result to rts before giving the form to the contestants so that the contestants can't claim that the results were different from what they were given. But as rts is down they are not giving the results so we are stuck and everyone is complaining that they haven't received the form.

A few PTI like Amir Liaqat have complained as well about not receiving the form 45. The Pakistani news channels are making a mountain out of a mole hill.

Not just him, but just about every single PTI PS candidate in Karachi are complaining. I have talked to some polling agents who are STILL waiting for form 45, and have been removed from polling stations.

ppp and pmln will try to woo other little parties like fazlu as well + ind.... they will then try to throw $$$ on PTI members who recently went to IK or others that will sell souls for $$$ to get numbers in their favors to cast vote of no confidence in PTI... its murky, and there is no such thing as first dibs... whoever can hold majority alone or coalition gets the power
 
I am sure many candidates all across the country are having the same problem.

Samaa just now reporting that PTI are also criticising the ECP.

According to the law there is such a thing as first dibs. Until PTI fail to make coalition no other party can attempt to. No politician is going to be stupid enough to go with PMLN who's reputation is in the gutter. If PMLN could buy everything so easily they would be in the lead right now. Times have changed. They are not in government so don't have money to throw around.

Samaa just releasing some official results, and surprisingly, PTI have swept about half of Karachi. All the seats from NA-242 to 249 are being led by PTI!!!

Karachi was PTI in 2013 as well the thappa changed the results with mqm divided they have taken over.
