AKU is amazing. Easily the best medical school in the country. It is normal to not have an idea about your future direction at this stage. To be honest, I am still unsure myself.

Yes, you can avoid house job in Pakistan and do its equivalent in a foreign country (most AKU graduates go to U.S.), but in order to get registered with the PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council), you must do house job here.
