i saw the ball kissing the gloves on the way as well......but then again i have been up from the past 24 hours ignore me :P

it deviated upwards, if it had hit the gloves it would have gone down, there was only one noise
 
foolish running again almost another run out...........................99 for 5 could have so easily been 6 down

not arguing merc, but you meaning to say like shoaib akhtar got sachin tendulkar at fsb? the ball after kissing the glove went up ..never saw that coming down ;-)

it depends where it hits on the gloves, the ball to Riaz went under his hand and gloves so if it had hit it would have deviated down,

Sachin was hit high up on his glove and on his finger, it was the side of the ball which kissed his glove and therefore it could only deviate to his left and up

Only saw it out of the corner of my eye so can't comment. Have the TV on beside me but only watching bits and pieces of the game at the moment

I will be highly surprised if he bowls at 150+, we would have heard about him for sure if he does.
Jamshed Ahmed is the MOST promising bowler, his consistency is amazing. He almost always takes couple of early wickets, Anwar Ali did bowl some devastating spells in domestic U19 tournament as well.
 
it must be in our genes to rise from chaos.

Like i said before this is an exact copy of the senior team approach.

nasir the opener this riaz kail lad.......impressive so far.......and the skipper sarfraz ahmad due in next ..from the pakistan side....
from aussies its their skipper moses :D

riaz looks too mutured for his age......this is what i would call good sensible batting scores a 50 and doesnt give it away........realizes the job still ant finished.........

175 for 5........37 overs
 
I think Jamshed Ahmed and Anwar Ali are good bowlers, Akhtar Ayub is more effective in longer version of the game ( according to stats, haven't seen any of them).

Hopefully we will get detailed feedback from someone watching, don't think there is any SOLID batsman (apart from Nasir Jamshed maybe). There are no good spinners either, hopefully Akhtar Ayub, Jamshed and Anwar Ali turn out to be good.


I don't know why the captain Sarfraz is batting at 7-8, he has been so consistent in domestics limited overs as well as 3 day matches.

Who was calling him Shahid Afridi???? :13: Even after 10 years in Int cricket, Afridi would have GOEN by now(had he played in U19).

Did you find any other DECENT batsmen apart from Nasir???
I agree with you on Sarfraz Ahmad, he performed EXTREMELY well in domestic U19.

trust me i can personally assure you he has them freedi germs for sure....and beats me how hes still out there..........if you dont trust me ask anyone wacthing........sudden rush of blood out of nowhere occurs............like freedi!

its a pleasent surprize clearly if you look at it this is the first 50 scored by any of our batters :D i think they were saving their best for last ;-)

Ali Asad is Dravid or Hinds?????

I don't know what Pak management is doing with batting order, Ali Asad played well as an opener and number batsman in domestic.
Riaz Kail is playing inning of his life. Hasn't done too much with batting in domestic.
